What makes this appartment great is Tabitha. She is reliable and a good comunicator. She will go out of her way to fill any reasonable request. The apparment is well stocked, neat and tidy. The building itself is showing its age but the location is amazing with a close buss (311) going to the Quay one way and Central the other. The restraunts around are expensive and self catering (or home delivery) is a good option for families.

We stayed at this apartment for 6 nights and we found it fantastic. The location was perfect only a 20min walk to the Opera House through the beautiful Botanic Gardens. The area itself was great with lots of lovely restaurants and bars to visit. The apartment was spotless and provided for our every need. I would strongly recoomend this place to all. Thank you Tabitha, we loved it.

Previous commenters have already said what I'd say. Let me just add that the location gives one a sense of neighborhood outside the tourist areas, but is easily accessible to those areas. Buses #131 & 130, which get you near Circular Quay (for more buses, trains, and ferries) are just a block away. Or one can walk across the Royal Botanic Garden to the Opera House and Circular Quay. Avoid taxis during rush hours; at other times a taxi to Circular Quay should run about Aus$10-12 and to the airport around Aus$45. Airport shuttles run about Aus$15. AND the apartment is only a block from Harry's Cafe de Wheels, our refuge from the astronomical prices for food in Australia. A convenience store and public telephone are across the street from Harry's. Finally a great big Mahalo Nui Loa to Tabitha for being such a great host.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The owner was super responsive and professional. The location is very convenient to all that you might want to see when you are in Sydney. We also enjoyed the neighborhood, a short walk to the bus stop, delicious India's restaurant and glossary shops. Very positive experience!

Great location with every need catered for by Tabitha. Her welcome basket meant that breakfast for the week was covered and a few extra munchies/treats were appreciated too. Fabulous location to walk into Sydney CBD via the beatiful gardens. Great Italian around the corner too.
