The central location means most of Sydney's attractions plus an array of cafes, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance or just a short taxi drive away which can easily be hailed on the street.
Occupants enjoy their own fully private entrance to the apartment and full use of the entire premier apartment in the block including:

A huge spacious private courtyard with it's own private entrance and outdoor furniture

ONLY PEOPLE & FRIENDS YOU KNOW ARE WELCOME IN THE OASIS i.e. neighbours and other building owners or residents are specifically not allowed in the Oasis at any time or under any circumstances without the owners permission.
OTHER COST CONSIDERATIONS
CUTLERY & CROCKERY CLEANING FEE: 50$ will be charged where any cutlery or crockery has not been washed, dried and returned to it's original storage location
BBQ CLEANING FEE: 50$ will be charged where the BBQ has been jused but not been cleaned and all of it's related utensils washed, dried and returned to their original storage location
POTENTIAL EXTRA REPAIR FEES: any damage to the property itself will be charged at $75/hour for labor plus the cost of materials when carried out by the owner and/or at the invoiced priced when carried out by an external repairer
A EXTRA CARPET CLEANING FEES: carpet stains removal e.g. from wine will be charged at $75/hour for labor plus the cost of materials when carried out by the owner and/or at the invoiced priced when carried out by an external repairer
A PET CLEANING FEE's: an additional fee of $75.00 applies if you bring your little friends i.e. pets with you.
A SMOKERS FEE: a $300.00 fee applies to any booking where smoking inside the apartment in any way is identified e.g. post booking smoking smell left in the apartment and/or evidence of cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc. in the
THE SECOND PERSON I.E. "NOMINATED 2nd PERSON" OVERNIGHTING IN THE MASTER BEDROOM IS FREE OF CHARGE, HOWEVER, ANY USE OF THE SECOND2nd BEDROOM FOR ANY REASON INCURS A FEE OF 40$/NIGHT/PERSON.
THE SECOND2nd BEDROOM WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE MADE AVAILABLE TO GUESTS WHERE BOOKINGS OF THREE3 OR MORE GUESTS HAVE BEEN MADE.
For the sake of clarity, the free "2nd person" in the master bedroom is referred to as the "nominated 2nd person" and the first occupant in the 2nd bedroom as the "nominated 3rd" person i.e. regardless of whether only two people have booked into the Oasis in total or otherwise.
ADDITIONAL UNBOOKED GUESTS FEE: where additional occupants overnight without a booking an additional 40$ / additional occupant / night will be requested or deducted from the bond
PAY FOR VIEW CABLE SERVICES FEE: All regular cable TV including no-extra-cost download movies are free of charge at the Oasis. However, any additional cable TV download viewing service or product costs ordered or downloaded by you during your stay will be passed on to you for you for payment plus a 10 admin fee. Details of specific services used will, of course, be provided to you for your review e.g. any additional pay for view downloaded current movies or events.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Check-out is any time beore 10, however, we aim to be flexible for departing occupants based on the arrival time and commitments of arriving occupants.

- All on-street parking on weekends is free i.e. Friday 16:00 - Monday 10:00.
- Monday to Friday on-street parking is free overnight i.e. 16:00 - 10:00 the next day
- 2 hour on-street parking is free on week days
At a Fee:
If you'd like secure parking for 6:00 am – 12:00 am daily then you can book into Wilson Parking for about $50.00 / day on their website which is 5 minutes away by foot:
There are other closer car parks, however, they tend to be more expensive.
Your Oasis is located in the suburb of Woolloomooloo, a central city suburb within a 10 minute walk to:
the City, the Royal Botanical Gardens, The Domain, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Kings Cross & Potts Point
The Andrew 'Boy' Charlton outdoor salt-water pool is a leisurely 10 minute walk away
Cook and Philip indoor pool is 5 mins walk
Harbour and Eastern Suburb Beaches including Bondi can be reached by local bus services or a short drive.
Woolworths Supermarket is a 5 minute walk from the apartment, Coles is 8 minutes away by foot
Plenty of cafes, pubs, restaurants and night-life in the surrounding area, including the Old Fitzroy Pub just 100m from the apartment, famous for its affordable cuisine and intimate theatre
A 10 minute walk to Oxford Street night-life literally at the end of our street
Like many inner city areas it has its share of colorful characters in the street making a bit of noise every so often.

Taxis can be hailed easily in Woolloomooloo especially on William Street
A 5 minute walk from the apartment to St James Train Station
Entry to the Eastern Distributor tunnel at Woolloomooloo provides direct access southbound to the Airport ~20min and northbound to the Harbor Bridge and the North Shore ~5min making car travel to and from other areas of Sydney really easy
Our street has been re-styled and is now part of the Sydney Cycleway Network providing over 110km of dedicated bicycle lane-ways for those of us who enjoy getting around on 2 wheels
