This fresh two bedroom brick townhouse-style unit is situated close to the Alice Springs CBD. Reverse cycle air conditioning is provided in the downstairs living area and in both upstairs bedrooms to allow escape from both the Central Australian summer daytime heat or cold winter nights. Full cooking facilities are provided via the electric hot plate, oven and microwave, and with a selection of cookware. A large fridge with separate freezer compartment is also supplied.
Both bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. The main bedroom boasts a queen size bed, with a large private balcony/deck perfect for relaxing in the evening. The second bedroom has one single bed and a bunk. Linen and towels are provided. A portable cot and high chair are also available on request.
The laundry contains a free-to-use washing machine. A second toilet is also located downstairs for added convenience.
Television, DVD player, movies and a radio/CD player are provided.
The complex provides a swimming pool and a gym in the central common area, for those wishing to cool down or burn off a few calories.
The unit complex is enclosed within a security fence, accessed via a keypad-entry gate, which adds further peace of mind. A roller door encloses the property's single carport. This unit is situated at the rear of the complex next to the guest car parking, so if you have a high-clearance vehicle there is parking available directly outside the property's rear courtyard.
Please note there is no room for trucks or oversize vehicles inside the complex area. Oversize vehicles will have to park outside the complex, but there is a pedestrian access gate close to the front door of this property with access to the side street.
We have stayed in short term rental accommodation ourselves, and we are intent on providing our guests with the same things we appreciated. There is a fixed price per night, and a discount rate for 7 nights or more. We do not charge extra on a per person per night basis, but now have a per person per stay charge to cover the cleaner's extra laundry workload. The rental price is the same for up to 5 people.
