A cool apartment set in a leafy garden with a large balcony overlooking a tropical-style pool. There's nothing quite like this in Darwin. An elevated tropical house; a secluded location; a short walk to the ocean; and a few minutes from Darwin CBD.
There's nothing quite like this in Darwin. An elevated tropical house; a secluded location; a short walk to the ocean; and a few minutes from Darwin CBD.
The apartment is self-contained. You'll have your own separate entrance to the east wing of a large elevated tropical house with established garden and expansive decks.
The apartment has one bedroom with a queen size bed. The living room has a queen size Lignet Rose sofa bed which opens onto a spacious balcony.
This means that, while the apartment comfortably sleeps a couple or one person, it can accommodate additional guests, with the lounge/living area functioning temporarily as a second bedroom.
The grounds and pool will be shared with us and our beautiful German Shorthaired Pointer, Bruno.

Sabine is an art historian from Germany who works full time in the Aboriginal arts sector, and Bruce works from home, if he doesn't travel the globe. His research focuses on the documentation of Aboriginal languages of Northwestern Arnhem Land. We have knowledge and experience of Aboriginal culture and of some remote areas of the Northern Territory which we are happy to share if you're planning trips to National Parks such as Kakadu or Cobourg Peninsula.
The coastal area of Coconut Grove is one of Darwin's most coveted locations. You can walk directly through the mangroves to the sandflats at low tide via a walking track known only to locals. Darwin's markets Nightcliff, Rapid Creek, Parap, and Mindil are all at your fingertips, and for nightlife, the CBD is ten minutes away in a cab.
Use our bikes or the bus service along Dick Ward Drive, which is just a couple of minutes walk away. In the wet season, however, we recommend getting a rental car or a cab.
