The apartment is situated in a lovely quiet leafy street in Ashgrove. There is Air conditioning, fans, Foxtel, DVD player,DVDs, Free Wi Fi, Free on street parking, solar heated pool.

Past guest who have loved our apartment include people looking for a perfect base to visit Brisbane and South East Queensland, families relocating to Brisbane , local renovators requiring short term accommodation, groups attend functions in Enoggera Army Barracks (5mins away). The spacious apartment with four beds and 2.5 bathrooms has been particularly attractive to families and up to four individual adults.


There are two Queen beds and one single bed and also a trundle bed with can be put in any room. Main bedroom has an en-suite and one queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed in the room. All windows have security screens. Each of the two large bedrooms have fans with blackout curtain lining, security screens , huge wardrobes and 1000 thread count bed linen. The main bedroom also enjoys a 32" television with DVD player

Living Area

The open plan dining/lounge has air conditioning and includes a flat screen television with Foxtel, DVD player with have lots of DVDs for you to enjoy including many for children.


There is a cook top, 1&1/2 ovens, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, George foreman grill, fry pans,pans, cutlery, dine ware, glasses for 6 people and other standard cooking utensils. . There is a dinning table that seats six. Otherwise, there is an array of restaurants or take-away options within a five minute drive.


The main bedroom has an en-suite, there is also a shower room and a separate toilet/powder room. There is a hair dryer in the main bathroom and another hair dryer in the en-suite.


There is a washing machine in the main bathroom. We have a clothes line, clothes drying rack, iron, ironing board and clothes pegs.


It's just 6 kms by road, 4km as the crow flies from Brisbane CBD (10-15min drive). It is a 20 minute drive from Brisbane airport. The nearest bus stop is approximately 5 mins walk with regular buses to the CBD and shopping centers.


You are welcome to enjoy our large outdoor solar heated pool.


Bed linen is provided for all beds, two bath towels per person, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels and there is extra sheets for each bed also provided. Portable cot linen also provided on request

Child Friendly

Child portable cot, child linen, portable bath available (for children up to 3). There is a large selection of children's DVD in the apartment, children's and teenagers books and board games. There is a children's play ground at the end of our street, only meters away and a very large children's playground 10 minutes walk away with a great child friendly cafe with really delicious food, on the corner next to the park, called Famished on Fraser. The apartment is also on the ground floor so easy with kids. We have a toddler ourselves, so will happily leave some of her toys. The pool is quite deep, the small children will not be able to stand and will require floats and supervision at all times.

South Bank is about a 15 minute drive the kids will love it there.

There is a super kids friendly restaurant about 10 mins drive from us. Everton Park Hotel. It has a massive fenced play area including slides, climbing nets, a train play area, swings a working Merry Go Round and for the older Brisbane kids there are play stations and a movie room to use at their leisure.

Arrival and departure time

24 hr a day check in with our secure PIN entry system. PIN is changed for every set of guests. Guests are welcome to arrive anytime after 2pm on day of check in. If you require a late check out or arrival before 2pm, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

Guest Interaction

This is a ground floor apartment. our family which consists of two adults and two young children live in the first floor apartment, so we are always on hand to answer and questions or just have a chat, but assume you prefer your privacy so generally keep interaction to a minimum.

Our secure PIN entry system means we don't have to give you keys so you are welcome to arrive 24 hours a day. We are happy to interact and help guests any way we can either before or during your stay. We assume guests like their privacy so we let guests initiate interaction in general, but we do love to meet new people and really enjoy hosting our guests.


We have two small friendly dogs, a miniature poodle and toy poodle. If you have an issue having dogs around please let us know and we will ensure they are kept away from your area. You are welcome to take our dogs for a walk if you would like.


The apartment is the down stairs of a two story house, it has its own entrance from the main house and a second entrance to the guests outdoor area. The apartment is completely separate from our upstairs residence. The property is gated, offering security and privacy.

House Rules

This is a non smoking house, no smoking inside the property will be tolerated, and outside cigarette butts should be disposed of in a bin. Adult supervision of children in the pool and pool area at all time.

Best advice Denise gave us was to use Uber cabs to and from city...recommended! Would not hesitate to encourage friends/family to use this place.

It was an excellent property for our extended family members with excellent storage and luxury seating for all the guests. Beds and rooms were very luxurious and comfort was A1. We have already recommended this apartment to family members looking for accommodation in Brisbane. The outside facilities were a particular bonus for enjoying the Qld weather. Congratulations on a perfect property!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome place to stay We loved our stay here, it was perfect for what we needed and only 15 mins away from the CBD and so handy to everything! The photos do not do this place justice, its so much more spacious than it appears and so clean and tidy! Highly recommended! The hostess was so helpful and friendly! The apartment even had everything we needed and more. LOVED the showers!!! Would definitely book here again! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HAVING US!

Perfect location in a very green neighbourhood that was an easy walk to public transportation and with it to shopping, to the City, to the Botanical Gardens, and to Lone Pine Sanctuary. Beautifully appointed, fully furnished apartment that lacked nothing by way of amenities, even including a heated towel rail. Exceptional hospitality - our hostess ensured that we had everything we needed, providing some basic food supplies and dinner our first night as we would have come too tired to go out to forage for food. And the dogs were an adorable bonus. Any return to Brisbane, 14 Judith Street is where we will be staying.
