This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a private & secure North facing garden courtyard is the perfect place for a family holiday or for couples and singles planning a fun-filled weekend away. Abundant of warm Northern Winter Sun but cool and breezy during long Summer nights. Situated on top of the Kangaroo Point cliffs, this apartment is a short walk away from the fantastic Brisbane Southbank precinct. The apartment has been furnished with the family holidaymaker in mind. Guests can choose to cook meals in the spacious and well-appointed kitchen, have a relaxed BBQ in the large, sheltered grassy courtyard, or simply stroll down to one of the many restaurants in Southbank.
Our apartment in a complex with outstanding quality facilities include rooftop communal observatory deck with panoramic City and River views, gated pool, spa, full-sized tennis court, BBQ area, car parking space on site, immaculate landscaped grounds.
One bedroom is furnished with a full queen sized bed and the second with two king-single beds.
An additional combo TV with built in DVD player in the "2 King-single beds" bedroom offers a perfect retreat for children or people who like to play games or watching their favourite DVDs while others wish to enjoy their Sport Foxtel TV in the Living Room.
The windows of both bedrooms look out on to lush, leafy foliage which provide both privacy and a green outlook. In addition, the windows have been newly furnished with plantation shutters, providing a complete black-out, perfect for morning sleep-ins.
In addition to the two main bedrooms, the apartment boasts a completely separate study room which has been furnished with a comfortable fold-out fulton. Comfortable 100% cotton Sheet set and duvet will be provided for guests on request. This room can accommodate 2 beds for extra 2 people.
The open plan lounge room has two very comfortable leather lounges overlooking the stylish shabby-chic 5-seater dining set. Foxtel paid TV programs and additional Sport Foxtel Program to make the Sport fans happy. A range of books and DVDs are also provided for guests’ enjoyment.
Additionally guests will have access to a large washing machine and dryer, a full sized tennis court (racquets and balls are provided) and a beautiful pool and hot spa.
Two secure car space underground of the complex are available.
An outdoor dining set and a new Weber BBQ at our private front garden is perfect for outdoor meals.

The furnishing and decor have been selected to allow families with young children to comfortably stay and relax without unduly worry about expensive designer furniture. This is our family holiday home which we wish to share with travelers who wish to stay in a home environment.

Across the road front courtyard, guests will find stairs leading down to parklands fronting the Brisbane river. A short stroll to the left takes guests to the wonderful Southbank precinct where guests will find numerous parks, playgrounds, a river boardwalk, man-made city beach, rock filled creek and water play areas. This will also take guests to the beautiful Queensland State Library (full of activities for young children in their corner room), the National Gallery of Queensland and the fantastic Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA – Australia’s most popular art gallery in terms of visitor numbers). Guests could happily spend a day (or two) exploring Southbank and not travel further than GOMA.
Our family loves this location in Brisbane. Kangaroo Point is the sought after inner-city peninsular paradise surrounded by water and parklands. The Kangaroo Point Cliff is very popular for rock climbing, picnic, close to tourist sites such as the Maritime Museum, iconic landmark of the Story Bridge, the Kangaroo Point Lookout, the steepest hill of Brisbane street- Ellis street.
Transport needs serviced by free Cityhopper ferries crossing to the City Centre which operates every 30 minutes between 6 am to midnight every day; the City Cat ferries up and down Brisbane River, accessible South East freeway should guests wish to explore theme parks, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast.
Across the Story Bridge (which guests can book to climb – for an unparalleled view) guests will find Fortitude Valley, home to Chinatown, the Valley Markets and Brisbane’s nightclub district.
Popular Jazz Club, the Gabba Grounds for sport activities, the Story Bridge hotel, beautiful endless river boardwalks offer endless entertainment.
CityCycle is highly recommended- a public hire service with 150 bike stations located in the inner-city and surrounding suburbs of Brisbane. The CityCycle offers a few stations not far from the apartment.
24/7 super market IGA and Subway and ATM are about 250m away.
Stroll down to South Bank- a rare lifestyle precinct with funky cafes, chic boutiques, showcase of an array of dinning styles offering Turkish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Italian and contemporary Australian fare. Vibrant beachside setting, Australia only beach in the middle of the city. An unique, man-made swimming beach with sparkling clean crystal clear lagoons and sandy beaches, palm trees, pebbled creeks and shady shallows surrounded by sub-tropical trees.
Within South Bank Centre, it is highly recommended to check out the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre which hosts an average of 900 events each year including many of Brisbane 's major exhibitions, concerts, gala and charity events.
Should guests wish to explore further afield, a short stroll across any of the many bridges will take guests to the city of Brisbane, while the City Cat Ferry is a fun way to explore Brisbane – from the University of Queensland upstream to Hamilton and Portside downstream.
A quick bus trip (or a very short walk) will take visitors to West End. Here visitors will find a range of cafés, bars, Vietnamese and Indian restaurants. West End is also host to a Saturday morning farmers market and a Friday and Saturday night evening street food market.

Be sure to lock the doors and close all windows when leaving the apartment. Tropical rain comes any moment and rain water will damage from open windows and doors. The damage will be deducted from security deposit.
You are responsible to pay for replacement for any damages caused by you during your stay.
Please report to our site manager all breakage so that it can be fixed or replaced.
When check-out please leave the property in a clean and tidy state.
Separate recyclable items when disposing of rubbish
Please leave the apartment as you find it.
An extra cleaning, repairs or replacement of damaged or missing items will be deducted from the security bond but not limited to the amount of the security bond.
Guests are responsible for full costs of repair or replacement of missing or damaged items.
