Welcome to Bella Bulimba

A unique Queensland style home with an industrial vintage flavoured decor. Bella is located a few steps away from Oxford Street and the village that is Bulimba. A comfortable and welcoming home, that you will love.

Bella is 12 kilometres (12 mins drive) from Brisbane Airport and 4.8 kilometres (5-10 min drive) to Brisbane City. She is located 100 metres from the start of Oxford Street Village, a beautiful leafy village precinct, which boasts dozens of restaurants, boutique bars, gift stores and cafe's. The street is home to a Cineplex movie theatre, Woolworths supermarket, Bulimba Memorial Park and its amazing playground.

We are literally just down the road from Lourdes Hill College and a stones throw from Churchie, making this property a fantastic choice for families visiting boarders.

This river suburb has access to Brisbane City, New Farm Park, Eat Street Markets and Southbank via a relaxing cruise on our regular City Cat Ferries.

The property is fully fenced, front and back. It provides off street parking for at least 3 vehicles. We have an adorable "cubbie house" and fenced yard to keep little ones safe and within eye shot.

The house has 3 decent sized bedrooms plus a study nook. The space includes an open plan deck, dining, kitchen and lounge room. We have provided all the kitchen "mod cons" (dishwasher, family sized fridge, large pantry and Nespresso Coffee machine) and it is suitable to cook decent family meals and bake if you so desire. The lounge has a comfy couch/sofa, a large wall hung flat screen TV, a Blueray player that is Wifi connected and allows for your Netflix, Facebook , You Tube and we also have a supply of children's Dvd's. This property has a second toilet and wash station for convenience. The main bedroom has its own reverse cycle air conditioner and there is also large unit located in the lounge/dining with fans throughout..

We are pet friendly, however pets do need to be approved by owner upon initial booking, to ensure their happiness and safety.

If Bella is booked out during your dates or you need more room, please check out her sisters not too far away in Hawthorne (the next suburb) and Camp Hill (only 2 suburbs away). Little sister is a cute 2Brm+ Cottage called Hawthorne on the Park (ID 155073) or there's big sister Chill Camp Hill 3Brm (ID 150672).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful and comfortable house When we work away from home, the most important thing during that time is a relaxing house with beautiful ambience. Bella Bullimba fitted the bill exactly. Close to great restaurants and cafes and 15 minutes from the EKKA - perfect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Property Met by Tracey on arrival who was there ensuring we were able to stop our one year old grand son from getting access to the rear stairs. Very close to the local shops and about a one kilometre walk to the Rivercat Ferry. Some road noise but to expected in an Queenslander in an inner city location, not far from the cafes, cinema and supermarket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from lovely property Great location, really easy to get everywhere. Close to restaurants, food shop, play park, ferry terminal and even a short hop to airport. The house is lovely - clean, inviting and comfortable, couldn't fault the house itself and Tracey was very accommodating. Kitchen is nicely stocked, linen very nice, bbq easy to use, great to have washing machine too. Petrol station (with food supplies) very close, extremely handy. Nice public swimming pool a short drive away. We had a lovely week there. Only two issues worth mentioning are noise from road - something we didn't get used to in the master bedroom. And in the warmer months, the child's bedroom is difficult to keep cool but I am sure this is something the owners will look into in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent value for money, clean and comfortable! Thankyou so much for letting us stay in your gorgeous property. The house is really comfortable and we loved the yard and our bbq's on the deck. There was plenty of room for 6 people and the location is fabulous. It is a really short walk to restaurants, cafe's, movies, park, chemist, bakeries and supermarket. When we gott the kids out of the cubbie house, they really enjoyed the games and movies (having "normal" not third party internet is great too). Our only regret is that we would of liked more time here to explore more of Bulimba and Hawthorne, such a great location in Brisbane. We will be back later this year and will definitely stay here again, if it's available.
