The apartment has a full modern kitchen with all amenities including microwave, toaster, coffee plunger, coffee pod machine, kettle, pots, pans, utensils, crockery, linen and towels.
There is spacious living areas plus two bathrooms. One has a shower and a bath both with toilets. In the second bathroom there is a French laundry with a sink, clothes dryer and washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Both bedrooms offer stunning views of the bridge and river with floor to ceiling windows in each bedroom. A Queen bed is in the main bedroom and a Double bed is in the second bedroom. Both have built in wardrobes with glass sliding doors. A hairdryer is located in the wardrobe for your convenience.

The Riverside Markets are less than a minute walk away from your door. Every Sunday from 8am - 3pm where you can shop, listen to the entertainment along the riverside, have a coffee or some lunch and enjoy the views of the river.
Eagle Street Pier is just across the road from the apartment it is an iconic waterfront precinct with world-class dining venues and views of the Brisbane River and Story Bridge. Firmly established as one of Brisbane's favourite food and entertainment destinations, its prestigious culinary stable includes ARIA, Pony Dining, Bavarian Bier Cafe, Blackbird Bar & Grill, Riverbar Kitchen, Jellyfish and Alchemy.

The City Botanic Gardens is the city's oldest park, originally planted by convicts in 1825 with food crops to feed the prison colony. These gardens include ancient trees, rainforest glades and exotic species. They run the full length of Alice Street, bordered by Parliament House on the one side and the Brisbane River's northern banks on the other. They provide a lush green haven for city workers and visitors.
There are free guided walks available from Monday to Saturdays from approximately 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. excluding public holidays. The walks are at a gentle pace, last approximately one hour and are led by experienced, friendly Volunteer Guides. Meet at the Rotunda near the Alice Street Main Entrance. Additionally, the Gardens hosts boxing and fitness circuits, weight loss challenges, tai chi, pilates and more.
Attractions at the gardens include Bamboo Grove, Weeping Fig Avenue, Mangrove Boardwalk and ornamental ponds.
