Located in vibrant, inner city Paddington with bus stops on doorstep or 10 minute cab/drive to city. Close to everything yet surprisingly tranquil - don't be surprised to spot possums, bush turkeys and other wild life.

This modern, well appointed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom inner city apartment is perfect for a holiday, weekend escape, business or extended executive stay.

There is a large, secure landscaped yard, perfect for the kids or pets on application.

Standard bedding configuration is a queen in the main bedroom with 2 singles in the 2nd.

The Apartment

A modern addition situated on the lower level of a traditional Paddington workers cottage this designer apartment is fully self contained, enabling comfortable short or long term stays.

The apartment is fully air conditioned or you can enjoy the natural breezes with fans throughout and large stacker doors.

The main bedroom with queen bed, large wardrobe and TV/DVD player opens to the covered rear deck. The second bedroom has two single beds and opens to a private shady front deck.

An open plan living area also flows onto the large rear deck that is surrounded by Frangipani and Jacaranda trees. Make the most of the Queensland subtropical climate with electric BBQ, outdoor dining and the charming vista.

The stylish and functional kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher, oven and microwave and there is full laundry facilities.

Parking is on-street.

Smoking is not allowed on the property.

The Location

Inner city Paddington is one of Brisbane's oldest and most vibrant suburbs, renowned for it's unique architecture and history.

Stroll out the front door and enjoy all that Paddington has to offer - cafes, restaurants, pubs and nightlife, antiques, art galleries, and boutiques.

The new Barracks complex with cinemas and numerous dining options is also nearby. A Woolworths supermarket is a 5 minute stroll down the road.

If you are in town for sporting events Suncorp Stadium is a 15 minute walk.

It is only a 10 minute trip to the RBH, Wesley or Mater Hospitals.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect apartment, Perfect location!!!!! We had a perfect stay at the LaTrobe Apartment. The apartment has everything you need plus so much more. The location is perfect with an abundance of Cafes to choose from and shopping galore. The bus at the door was ideal to get into the city and parking was not a problem outside of peak times. The apartment is light and airy and tastefully decorated. The back deck area was lovely to relax on and enjoy the beautiful outlook. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for superior accomodation in a beautiful suburb. The unit is family friendly and our children loved it. Paddington has so much to offer and this unit is in a prime location. We stayed for 2 weeks and wish we could have stayed longer. Toni was lovely to deal with and her communication was excellent .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Apartment! We thoroughly recommend this space, very family friendly and great location. The apartment has everything you need from washing machine to dishwasher to even the smaller items like all the cooking utensils. Cafes all around which is very handy and Woolworths a short stroll. The only thing that can get a bit tricky is parking. Sometimes you will need to park your car up the road if you can't find a park out the front and then just move it later when it is less busy on the street. There are peak times due to the lovely cafes around.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous Apartment! An excellent apartment that is centrally located. The apartment was very clean upon arrival and provided a very high standard of comfort. It is has plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely stay there again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent accommodation Great location, cafes, restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to city via bus and everything provided for self contained accommodation that you could want. The front bedroom could be a little noisy from traffic during days but other than that could not fault it.
