This house has 2 totally self contained homes within. Upper has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and lower has 3 bedrooms 1 bath. Private entrances.

You may rent 1 level or both, conditions apply.

All bedrooms and lounges have air con.

PARKING

There is room for 1 car per unit off street. Ample street parking is free and shaded.

BOND

Bond is $500 and paid to owner on arrival or before via internet. Sometimes guests have trouble having their bond refunded through Stayz, so better we handle it. See Product Reviews for Stayz

This property is an opportunity for you to experience suburban Brisbane living in a beautiful and affluent suburb. So it is expected that our guests adhere to our noise restrictions. The home is close to neighbours and their ability to live in peace needs to be respected as good neighbours do. There can be no audible noise outside - including carpark, side and back entry areas and patios after 10pm and only reasonable noise levels at other times.

RATES and SHORT TERM CONDITIONS

Calendars are only marked taken when ALL our properties are reserved as our BestFit home allocation policy applies. accurate calendars on our home site.

We have some guidelines as to how bookings are considered, but we can be flexible, it is always worth asking. Please call 7 days. 8am - 9pm.

Stayz excess fee + 10 of total quoted here - so sorry, no discounts offered through here.

SHORT BOOKINGS CONDITIONS

Bookings of less than 7 nights are accepted as follows...

- if your dates adjoin another booking

- if booking is last minute

- you can be flexible about which property you are allocated

We reserve the right to discount or increase prices without notice, but not after price agreed.

BOOKINGS 3+ months in advance and longer bookings will be assessed on an individual basis. NB NO discounts apply through Stayz site.
