While located on Creek road, it is situated in a private cul-de-sac and driveway, with only two neighbours and a forestry at the rear. A pet friendly property, with no carpets, pets are welcome inside the house but not on the furniture or beds.
The house has four bedrooms, two with queen size beds, one with a single and the last with two bunks. The house if perfect for a group or two families. There is a modern kitchen and bathroom, and two of the bedrooms have ensuites.
There are multiple living spaces. At the front lounge room there is a large tv and lounge, with internet and a stereo. In the rear of the house, a pool room with bar area that leads to the patio close to the pool. Pass into the pool area and there is an outdoor kitchen, eating area and open access to the large pool.
The house is located on a road which has medium traffic volume. The house bedrooms and most of the living areas are back off the road so noise is minimal. If you are expecting no traffic noise though, this is not the house for you.
The garage underneath the house is used for storage and not accessible without prior agreement. If you have a need for undercover parking please let us know. We may be able to arrange access to the garage.
