Description

This recently renovated contemporary 1 Bedroom apartment is well appointed with brand new furnishings. Perched high on a hill, you will enjoy elevated breezes along with panoramic city and suburban vistas.

The well laid out floor plan is comprised of a large bedroom with queen size bed and massive built in wardrobe. In addition, there is a well equipped 'cooks' kitchen complete with a Delonghi Nespresso machine, separate dining space and large lounge room with a HD LCD flat screen television. The balcony off the main living area provides a great place to relax and enjoy the ever-changing city views and evening skyline. The modern bathroom facilities include a shower recess, vanity basin and separate toilet along with complimentary hair & body products. The dedicated lockable garage on the ground level also houses a washing machine.

The apartment is ideally suited to couples or singles wanting to stay in close proximity to the City, Southbank cultural precinct, 'The Gabba' sporting and antiques precinct, iconic Kangaroo Point cliffs, or the Mater/Princess Alexandra/Greenslopes Private Hospitals.

Only 5km from the Brisbane CBD, there is bus and train public transport within an easy 5 minute walk. There is also convenient access to the northern and southern freeways for travel to the Sunshine and Gold Coasts.

Within a 5 minute stroll you will find a public library, heated swimming pool, Easts Leagues Club, Shell Service Station, bakery, newsagent, liquor shop and both a Coles and Woolworths supermarket. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sensational. A home away from home. We absolutely loved this apartment located in the quiet Brisbane suburb of Coorparoo. The owner greeted us when we arrived, made us feel very welcome and even provided some supplies to help us settle in. This place is a home away from home. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay and it is very tastefully decorated. Off street parking in a lock up garage is an added plus. It is within walking distance of supermarkets, coffee shops, take away food outlets and there is a nice little restaurant just down the road. A five minute walk to the bus stop gets you into the city in about fifteen minutes. An added bonus is the view of the city especially at night. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW, WOW & WOW! My husband and I stayed here in August 2014. This property is absolutely perfect, extremely clean and tidy. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you need to cook up a storm. The bedroom is spacious with fresh clean bedding. Convenientley located to the City and Greenslopes Private Hospital. The owner has thought of everything and we were pleasantly surprised to find some lovely touches such as fresh growing herbs, fruit platter, fresh milk, fresh coffee, juice, biscuits and other essentials. This property is very peaceful and we especially enjoyed the beautiful city views at night. The owner was very professional with all their communications with us. They even provided a refund without us even requesting one when we had to give short notice to cut our stay short due to medical reasons. This is very rare from experience and was certainly not expected but was greatly appreciated. We could not fault this property and would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Supermarket, coffee shops very close by, We were late arriving and the owners provided essentials for us. Great shopping and restaurants at nearby Bulimba.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Stay I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. Excellent location, very well equipped. Sue greeted me at the property and handed over keys and showed me around. Close to the city. Very pleased with my stay and would recommend to friends and family.
