Additional clothes racks located in sunroom attached to master bedroom for rainy days and quick hand wash articles. Here in Queensland Australia you don’t need to use a dryer. Garage and Parking: Use remote control to open the security gate for entrance into the 3-townhouse complex. The garage is not available for guest parking at present. Remove all rubbish and put furniture back to original position if you have moved it.

The road outside is being improved, as reflected in the reduced price for this high end property. With the installation of double acoustic glass in the sunrooms, you are sure to get a good night's sleep. For your added peace and comfort, bring your own ear plugs.
Please ensure the washing machine and clothes line is available for granny flat tenant to use separate granny flat behind garage and remove all washing when cycle complete.
On hot summer days, close the blinds 11am til 4pm. During storm season December to March, be sure to close all windows before you go out.
