Our standard price is for 4 persons however we can cater to groups of 6 people with - 3 Queen sized bedrooms with two bathroom and 2 separate toilets. The apartment also has a kitchen and lounge/dining and outdoor dining with BBQ and courtyard in our Brisbane, Modern and Convenient Apartment
Our apartment is above our house at Coorparoo. You have your own private entry and driveway. $55 for cleaning fee for 4 persons 2 bedroom apartment. $75 cleaning fee is for the use of the 3 bedroom apartment.
"We just love Coorparoo". The apartment is on the second floor of our modern purpose built house, very close to new Coorparoo Square, Movies, Woolloongabba, South Bank, South Brisbane and Bulimba, Hospitals and Brisbane City in Coorparoo. Our place is also close to Chandler complex for swimming and cycling.
Walk to Coorparoo Square complex with Aldi, cafes, restuarants, Dendy movies and great eateries and a pub.

Our modern apartment is located close to all Coorparoo amenities. Within a short walking distances or very short drive to restaurants, shops, cafes, parks, hospitals and the city. The Coorparoo train station is 2.5 blocks away with South Bank only 4 stops on the train.
Our apartment is suitable for families, couples, business people and all travellers to Coorparoo, Brisbane and South East Queensland, Queensland and Australia.
There are tenants who live on the property with a pet "Porky Sue". They have a separate entry and will respect your privacy however are more than welcome to assist you if required.

The apartment has it's own lockable front door and access from a secure front door and security screen. There is a great verandah upstairs with outside table with 6 chairs and BBQ provided and a view of Brisbane City Buildings and lights;
A basket has been provided with BBQ outdoor items;
A front courtyard set up for your use; Great breezes in the afternoons.
Two large size queen bedrooms; Spacious built in cupboards with hangers and a set our drawers. with separate side tables and lamps.
The bathroom has a deep bath, set up for bubble baths, a vanity and shower with a separate toilet room. Shampoo, body wash, bubble bath, conditioner and hand soap are all provided.
Fully ducted air conditioning system and is suitable for heating in our 2 cooler months June/July if required. Extra warm blankets are also supplied.
The kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher and all the kitchen needs you require;
There is a new stove and hot plates as well as microwave, large deep fry pan and dishwasher.
Breakfast condiments available such as jams, coffee, teas, spreads, tea, milk etc. A coffee machine is also provided.
There are two lounges and a large Smart TV, DVD, IPod, Books, Toys and a dining room table for 8 persons.
For families with young children, a high chair and child gate will be made available.
All Sheets, towels, hand towels and bed linen are supplied.
A separate laundry with washer, dyer, clothes line, iron and ironing board are also available and you will have access via your keys. There is also another iron and ironing board in the apartment.

What is included in a 5-6 person stay for an extra $10 per person . The bthird bedroom is the Master with ensuite and includes: the above plus the use of a large private Master Suite which is across the hall. The Master Suite includes a third Queen Sized bedroom in a large master bedroom with towels, linen, pillows, side tables, lounge, chest of drawers, Walkin Robe and duchess and coffee making. It has double sink vanity and a double rain shower with a separate toilet room. See optional extras.

4 stops on the train to South Bank and South Brisbane;
A great walk through a large park only 100 metres away and a walk from there to Stanley Street and different cafes and on to the Woolloongabba;
Brisbane Airport is a $50 cab fare away;
Try your hand at bowling with the Coorparoo Bowls only 200 metres down the end of the street and across a little park;
Close to Stones Corner 1.5 km if you like walking, it is a great walk or 3 minutes by car, Easts Football Club where there is dancing, meals etc, a 10 minute walk or a courtesy bus if you join for a small fee.

Carindale a large modern shopping centre is only 10 mins by vehicle. A bus service is also available.
Short walks to coffees and local shopping centres at Woollworths and Coles;
Cannon Hill shopping center is only 15 minutes away by vehicle.

Some people are not comfortable with animals. Whilst Porky Sue is very comfortable with people, there is no access to the apartment above our modern house to where Porky is. You may see her down in the yard playing with her football.
Guests have own courtyard at front of house and a verandah with chairs and BBQ with glimpses of the Brisbane city lights on the 2nd Floor.
Please note there is one flight of stairs but there is a hand rail. Please let us know if you need assistance. Also if you have small children, we will install a baby gate for you.
