The building has resort facilities including a full gym, yoga room, pool deck with swim up bar and sun lounges that overlook Brisbane’s CBD, private spa rooms for up to 10 people and a cinema for private bookings.
All these facilities are available to my guests. Bookings for the spa rooms and cinema are essential and as required by the building managers, the bookings for these need to be made no later than 2 months in advance with a deposit and cleaning fee to be paid to Building management. If access to these facilities is required, ensure notice is given at the time of booking to ensure the best chance of securing them.

For long stays a car park stacker is available, a 15min course must be attended before use and only suits a small car. depending on the length of the stay a $89 course charge applies
There will be a charge of AUD 100 for lost keys. This covers the cost charged by the building manager to issue a new set of keys
