WHAT MAKES SPACE UNIQUE
Our apartments only settled in January 2017 and we’ve purchased entirely new furniture, bedding and kitchenware for our guests. We also have floor to ceiling soundproof glass doors that lead to the balcony, which when open is really refreshing in the summer time. As we have 6 apartments in the same building, so we can accommodate bigger groups who want to travel and stay together.
Each room is fitted with two Single Beds 2.03m length to accommodate our group travellers but we are able to push them together for couples to make a King. Please let us know when booking if a change to the bed configuration is required.
We want you to feel at home as much as possible so we’ve got you covered with the necessary amenities to lighten your luggage load such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, hairdryer, dishwashing detergent, washing machine, dryer, laundry powder, iron and ironing board.
We will also leave you some welcome amenities in the form of food, which will normally be breakfast friendly.
WHAT PART OF SPACE WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS
You will have the entire apartment available to yourselves. During your stay, be sure to check out the wonderful rooftop common area on Level 6 with a city view. It’s a great place to chill out with friends and family or read a book in solitude.
Key are available for collection at the on-site managers office during business hours. If you're arriving after hours, please give us at least 24 hours notice and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
The on-site managers are located on Level 1, and available during the day if you need assistance with anything.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
As the building is very new and there are still defects being completed and people moving in, the apartment building may seem quite busy during the day. There is usually minimal movement at night though. We will supply one consignment of amenities food, detergent etc per stay so long term guests will need to supply their own once the amenities run out.
Please note, for all guests staying one month or longer, we are unable to supply sheets due to hygiene control concerns.
We are sure you will take care of our new apartment and treat it like your own, so please make yourselves at home.
Lutwyche is a safe, quirky, up and coming area on the outskirts of some of the richest suburbs of Brisbane. During the day, you may be tempted to get lost amongst the winding streets of the Ascot and Hamilton hills, filled with luxurious homes that speak of old money.
Driving or ubering is the best option to get anywhere fast in Brisbane. The CBD is an easy 14-minute drive away and the Airport is just a 12-minute drive with the Airport Link tunnel just down the road. Chermside Shopping Center is a short drive north of us and houses all the major retailers to fulfill your shopping desires.
There is a bus stop conveniently located in front of the building and the train station is only a few minutes walk away. Because we are on a main road, all the buses pass by us.
