Westfield North Lakes is within walking distance and features an abundance of restaurant and shops including Ikea, Target, K-Mart, Big W and Event cinemas.
The property features 3 bedrooms and can cater for 7 people. Master bedroom features 1 queen bed. There is a further 2 double beds in the other bedrooms and there is a single mattress stored in the master wardrobe which can be put on the floor if you need.
In the master bedroom you will find an en-suite bathroom, large robes, air con and ceiling fan. There is another bathroom for guests and an additional powder room with toilet downstairs. In the kitchen you will find an oven, gas cook-top, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, rice cooker plus all plates/glasses/cutlery/pots and pans. In the meals area there is a dining table which seats 6 and we even have a highchair for the little ones.
In the lounge there is a TV and lounge suite. We have a little area for the children to keep them entertained which features a wooden kitchen, toys and books. In the private courtyard you will find an outdoor setting to relax on as well as x 2 sun lounges. The complex also has a pool in which my guests are able to use.
If you have transport, we have a remote control double garage to secure your car in. There is also off street parking right in front of the townhouse.
We have WI-FI and it is free for our guests.
