Close to everything you may need – with shops at Cannon Hill Plaza, Morningside Central and a 10 minute drive to Westfield Carindale. The bus stops and train station are a 10 minute walk away with the city Central station taking only 24 minutes. The property is close to the Brisbane river and a 5 minute drive to well-known bar and restaurant strip of Oxford Street in Bulimba and Hawthorne Deluxe cinema. There are many natural bush land parks with tall gum trees with plenty of space for families to get together and kick a ball around or to go and walk the dog at the dog park around the corner. If you love the theatre or South Bank in general, the train ride is a mere 15 minutes on the train from Cannon Hill station. With close proximity to the Gateway Motorway, travelling to either the Gold Coast or the Sunshine Coast is a breeze

We keep basic cleaning items and a vacuum at the property for your convenience. If the house is left in a state that requires more than the standard clean an additional cleaning fee will be charged depending on the condition. Things such as severely marked and dirty walls, stains, spillages, severely dirty oven/microwave/fridge. All rubbish must be placed in outside bins as supplied prior to vacating.
