Winship City Cottage has been transformed from an original workers cottage to a charming inner city residence.
The original cottage contains the double bedroom, living room as well as a front veranda and separate toilet and shower room. This area has been tastefully modernised with high ceilings and chandeliers.
This area can be closed off from the rest of the house, which allows guests privacy if sharing with friends.
The TV and kitchen area is at the back of the original cottage. A french styled kitchen with black and white floors is fully equipped with everything need to enjoy your stay.
There is off street parking for one car in a carport. A courtyard is attached and provides entry to the house through the kitchen.
The new extension which has been built at the back of the house contains 2 Queen size bedrooms, main bathroom with bath and shower. As well there is a single bedroom which leads off both main rooms.
The extension has great air flow through many louvered windows and each room has a ceiling fan.
The house has been decorated with stylish furniture and is beautifully appointed.
The yard is fully fenced however it is not a back yard which is particularly animal friendly as it is on a steep hill. There is an enclosed veranda and courtyard. The street is a no through road and it is one of Red Hill's steep side streets. It is very quiet and there are no traffic noises only the sounds of the neighbourhood birds.

Red Hill/ Paddington Area
The city is close by and walking distance for the young and/or fit. There is a bus stop at the top of the street and the ride to town is 5- 10 minutes.
Within walking distance from the cottage there is a great selection of restaurants, coffee shops, take away foods and convenience store.
The Paddington Shopping Area is a couple of streets away and there you find a multitude of specialty shops and restaurants.
For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.
Bookings more than 6 months in advance will be considered on an individual basis. Generally the booking would need to be for minimum of 2 weeks. Though if your dates adjoin an existing booking, it will be considered.
