Our very comfortable inner city home is spacious and perfect for families or executives.
Comfortable to sleep a big group it is light, bright and airy with a large deck & tropical pool.Minutes walk from cool bars, restaurants and quaint shopping.
This is a charming home with a true cottage feel yet offers great space for families and groups. You are in a very trendy area minutes from the city, close to stylish restaurants, cafes and nice spots to enjoy a drink.
You will appreciate different entertaining areas plus plenty of bedding options.
Five bedrooms - 4 of which have a Queen size bed and 1 rooms with two singles. We also have a sofa bed that can be used in a large living area downstairs plus couple of mattresses to be on floor for kids. The beds are comfortable and the bedding freshly cleaned for your comfort.
Two bathrooms including a large claw foot bath - great for the young ones.
The kitchen has all the features you require with a large fridge, plenty of cupboard space and lots of cooking equipment and crockery.
Of course the BBQ area by the pool is another popular eating space.
Two large living areas set up with comfortable furniture and cosy cushions - places to get some privacy or watch TV.
Please enjoy our home as if it was yours. Help yourself to anything we have left for you and we just ask that you please are considerate and respectful of our neighbours. Whilst we are happy for you to enjoy yourself if you want to party late into the night please enjoy the pubs and bars just minutes away. You are welcome to smoke OUTSIDE ONLY.
You will receive privacy and easy self check in but I am available to help and am only a few streets away.

If we can we will get you in earlier. This depends on the previous guest leaving and our schedule. We will let you know the day before if this is possible OR stay in touch on the day to advise when you can arrive.
SUGGESTIONS IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY
Many guests will arrive before the designated check-in time. The good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit the grocery store and do a small shop. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food
Plenty to love about this area. It is really a very charming neighborhood with a combination of cute cottages, beautifully restored Queenslanders and modern architecturally designed feature homes. Red Hill/ Paddo is known for its meandering main street, Latrobe Tce filled with interesting shops, and stylish fashion plus it is the center of eco and green living in Brisbane. You also are 5 mins walk from a shopping precinct that features Woolworths, a bottle shop, newsagent, post office and doctor/dentist amongst others.You can enjoy delicious food from Marinara Trattoria, Naïm,Plum Tucker .Have a drink from The Scratch Bar, Statler & Waldorf.Close to Suncorp Stadium for sporting/concert events Southbank Performing Arts Complex / Museum / Art Gallery Roma Street Parkland ,Queensland Art Gallery .Accessible to all major hospitals including the RBH, Mater, RCH and Wesley
Perfect position to get to the city - 5 mins walk to bus stop that regularly runs into the city and continues on to Southbank. Easy parking in our single garage or ample free street parking. Quick uber service to all central points of interest. Or a lush green walk amongst rolling hills. Good for the heart and the spirit.
Air Conditioning-Stay Cool - Please use but DO NOT just leave on with balcony doors open please.Turn off when going out. Be kind to the environment.
Appliances-Washing machine is easy to use or ask for assistance.
Linens / Towels-Extra sheets and quilts and towels will be in large walk in robe.
DECK / BBQ -Enjoy the deck to eat or relax. You are welcome to use the BBQ and we do check the gas levels regularly. If you run out please let us know.

Of course we want you to have a great time and enjoy your time away. But just like any other short stay and accommodation, we have rules put in place to keep our home in good condition and our neighbours in bright spirits
NO SMOKING inside the house and please dispose of the cigarette butts correctly.
Pets welcome. Subject to owner approval. No pets on beds or couches. Please ensure that your pet is not left alone for periods of time so that they don’t bark and fret. Be aware that the garden is shared and to keep dog on a lead outside. You must clean up after the doggie droppings. To ensure the comfort of our future guests we advise pet owners that additional house cleaning - including carpet cleaning/treatments may be needed upon departure - this is at owners discretion
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - Subject to approval.
No loud behaviour or loud music after 10pm is not ok – especially on week nights. No shouting and talking, laughing loudly from one end of the house to another. If you want to stay up, PLEASE go out to bars and cafes just a few minutes away. Remember to be quiet getting in and out of Uber’s late at night and remove your shoes in the house. If staying in close up the house, especially the back windows to make sure voices and giggles don’t travel too far.
EXTRA GUESTS are not permitted to sleep at the property
POOL - No use of the pool between 9pm and 8am. Supervise all children ALL the time. Shut the pool gate. Do not use any glass within the pool deck area.
DAMAGE / THEFT - We will deal with damages as they happen and we understand 'accidents happen' we will try and resolve between ourselves if it's a bit more serious than a wine glass. Malicious damage or theft will be dealt with by the police.
CHECK OUT PROCESS
When you leave, please ensure the following simple tasks are done:
- take the rubbish out to the bins,
- ensure the air-conditioning is set to 85F / 29C
- run the dishwasher
- lock the house
- leave the key with the caretaker/property manager/office/owner.

Should you require a later check-out we will do our best to allow.
However if we have guests arriving that day it will be not be likely due to my lovely assistants needing to get ready.
