The two bedroom apartment is completely for your use and you have your own private access to come and go. We live on the same property but we assure you we will leave you to have your own space or if you wish to interact that is fine as well.
Plenty of room in the garden to play and run, plus a big swing set for the kids or young at heart. Very large undercover BBQ / entertaining area that is for your private use / perfect for those summer days.

You are just a short stroll or bike ride from Woolcock park. It is really a very charming neighbourhood with a combination of cute cottages, beautifully restored Queenslanders and modern architecturally designed feature homes.
Red Hill/Paddo is known for its meandering main street, Latrobe Tce filled with interesting shops, and stylish fashion plus it is the centre of eco and green living in Brisbane with a Paleo cafe proving to be very popular located in Paddington. From our home to Latrobe it is only a 10 min walk. You also are 15 mins walk from a shopping precinct that features Woolworths, a bottle shop, newsagent, post office and doctor/dentist amongst others.
Directly across the road you have a cafe for that morning coffee or yummy smoothie.
