Description

This amazing, quirky, very large 2 bedroom apartment is located in the gorgeous area of Red Hill.

Very close to cool bars, cafes, restaurants and quaint shopping.

Modern fully equipped kitchen and 2 new bathrooms - perfect for groups or families.

THE SPACE

Awesome space for a group with two massive bedrooms that are very modern.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and renovated ensuite bathrooms attached to each bedroom.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed and plenty of cupboard space.

Bedroom 2 can sleep 4 with very comfortable Queen size bed and a single bed with trundle.

A double sofa bed is in the living area - you can move it to a corner of the room where this is a bit of a wall that allows for some privacy.

Large open plan living area with very functional cute kitchen - all you need to entertain a family or large group.

Fantastic outdoor area with BBQ and heaps of space for hanging out and enjoying food and drinks.

GUEST ACCESS

The two bedroom apartment is completely for your use and you have your own private access to come and go. We live on the same property but we assure you we will leave you to have your own space or if you wish to interact that is fine as well.

Plenty of room in the garden to play and run, plus a big swing set for the kids or young at heart. Very large undercover BBQ / entertaining area that is for your private use / perfect for those summer days.

GUEST INTERACTION

We are happy to offer you the benefit of your local knowledge but will leave you to enjoy your holiday in private as well.

I love to meet all our visitors to ensure your comfort. Plus I love to meet people from all over the world and welcome them to Brisbane.

If you would prefer me not to intrude of course I respect that. But remember I am usually not far away.

NEIGHBOURHOOD OVERVIEW

Plenty to love about this area. You are just a short stroll or bike ride from Woolcock park. It is really a very charming neighbourhood with a combination of cute cottages, beautifully restored Queenslanders and modern architecturally designed feature homes. Red Hill/Paddo is known for its meandering main street, Latrobe Tce filled with interesting shops, and stylish fashion plus it is the centre of eco and green living in Brisbane with a Paleo cafe proving to be very popular located in Paddington. From our home to Latrobe it is only a 10 min walk. You also are 15 mins walk from a shopping precinct that features Woolworths, a bottle shop, newsagent, post office and doctor/dentist amongst others. Directly across the road you have a cafe for that morning coffee or yummy smoothie. Close to Suncorp Stadium for sporting/concert events Southbank Performing Arts Complex / Museum / Art Gallery / GOMA Accessible to all major hospitals including the RBH, Mater, RCH and Wesley

GETTING AROUND

Perfect position to get to the city - 2 mins walk to bus stop that regularly runs into the city. Easy parking in our single carport or ample free street parking. Quick uber service to all central points of interest. Or a lush green walk amongst rolling hills. Good for the heart and the spirit.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Please have a great time. We are not prudes however just be aware it is a residential street and to consider our neighbours... and not party late or loud. It is not a party house but you welcome to get ready here to go out...and come home quietly to sleep it off....

Plus we live onsite so please consider that...

PETS are welcome. Please make sure they are taken for regular walkies and clean up after them. Please ensure that your pet is not left alone for periods of time so that they don’t bark and fret.

BINS Two bins at front of the house. The green lid bin is for general waste and food scraps - please wrap before putting them in bin. Yellow lid bin is for recycling - bottles, newspaper, tins. No food scraps in yellow lid bin please. Put them out MONDAY NIGHT.

HOUSE RULES

Of course we want you to have a great time and enjoy your time away. But just like any other short stay and accommodation, we have rules put in place to keep our home in good condition and our neighbours in bright spirits

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

NO SMOKING

Please no smoking in the unit but you can smoke in the bbq area or garden away from door to the apartment. Clean up butts and ashtray after use.

NOISE

Please keep noise levels down, talking loudly, laughing, music after 10 pm as others live upstairs from you. If you want to stay up, PLEASE go out to bars and cafes just a few minutes away.

Remember to be quiet getting in and out of Uber’s late at night.

Most of all, have a fantastic time. Have fun, stay safe and enjoy your time in our home.
