My place is within walking distance to Brisbane CBD 3km's, Roma Street Parklands, Suncorp Stadium, bars, restaurants & cafes at Paddington, public transport, easy access to the motorways, West End, Southbank, 1 hour to the Gold Coast, 1.5 hours to Sunshine Coast. You’ll love my place because of the size, the lush tropical gardens, the private outdoor space & the neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families with kids.

The Space

This oversized private apartment is set within the grounds of a large Edwardian Queenslander. Completely private with your separate entrance leading through a paved path with established tropical gardens, you will feel completely at ease and relaxed from the moment you arrive.

Enjoy the open living space with comfy couch, or open the large wooden bi-fold doors to enjoy an evening glass of wine for sunset, or wake up and enjoy your complimentary Nespresso machine coffee listening to the birds on the private deck.
