The space

This freshly renovated two-bedroom woolstore apartment boasts uninterrupted Brisbane River water views, original hardwood floors, eight-metre-high sawtooth ceilings, an internal green wall and an exposed redbrick wall.

The apartment has been prepared for you and features an open plan living space, Smart TV, air-conditioning and a fully-equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances and Nespresso coffee machine.

The master bedroom on the mezzanine level offers a king size bed, walkthrough wardrobe and contemporary ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom on the ground floor features a built-in wardrobe, sawtooth windows and electronic louvres.

The main bathroom downstairs has a bath/shower combination plus European laundry with Miele washer/dryer and washtub.

During your stay, enjoy complimentary toiletries, tea/coffee, fresh linen and towels. If your stay is longer than a week, an additional cleaning service with fresh towels and linen will be provided.

Guest access

Enjoy access to all apartment and building facilities, including a 25m lap pool, gym, sauna and one secure undercover car space max height 2.15m. Other building features include a lift, intercom entrance system, 24 hour CCTV, permanent onsite manager and secure off street visitors parking.

Interaction with guests

I have partnered with my wonderful on-site building manager Peggy to ensure you have an enjoyable and memorable stay. In most instances, she will personally meet you upon arrival to hand over keys and provide a mini tour of the apartment. For those checking in at unusual hours, self check-in arrangements will be made. During your stay, Peggy will be available by phone or email for any assistance/queries.
