Private downstairs apartment fully self contained and includes a queen size bed in the main bedroom, 2 king size singles in the second bedroom. A cot is available on request. The other rooms include lounge, dining, kitchen, laundry, bathroom and toilet. Facilities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV, DVD, washing machine, dryer, free WIFI, off road under cover car park and security screens and doors.

Located in the bayside suburb of Wynnum, Brisbane and is approximately 200 metres walking distance to the water. Bus and train services to the city take approximately 30 minutes and stations are less than a 10 minute walk. Brisbane international and domestic airport is 15 minute drive. Easy access to major highways to the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

Other attractions include walking paths on the foreshore, yacht cubs and marina, local restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. There are nearby children's play areas, parks, wading pool and water features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wynnum's pretty Queenslander apartment A charming two bedroom ground level apartment. Very clean, delightfully decorated mix of old-fashioned and modern styles. We felt very comfortable there. Good facilities - kitchen, laundry, dining, parking, etc. Christine was lovely. Good communications. We enjoyed the Wynnum / Manly area by the beach and it was close to family. Nice restaurants and shopping nearby.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Property My family of three have just stayed at Christine's lovely little flat under her house in Wynnum Qld. It was perfect for us, clean comfortable and homely. Close to everything and Christine was lovely to deal with...... available to deal with any issues ( we had none) . My daughter loved patting their dog and we felt right at home. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

It was like a home away from home, with Christine and Dudley so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay- even Max the dog was happy to see us every day. It was very well equipped with great sized rooms and a well appointed Kitchen and Bathroom. The off street parking was very welcomed and it was an easy walk to the waterfront. We would stay again if given the chance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful accommodation We enjoyed our stay at this property and would not hesitate to stay here again. The property feels like a home away from home, with everything you could possibly want. It is comfortable, has a great kitchen, laundry and good beds. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The location was great - a short walk to the train station in one direction, and to the esplanade in the other direction. There are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants in close proximity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely home from home. Travelled from UK to an area we have visited many times before. First time staying here but won be last. (We are returning for another week at end of month). Absolutely spotless, everything you need, 2 very well appointed bedrooms, very comfortable lounge/diner and fully equipped kitchen. Location great for seafront, shops, restaurants, train station for Brisbane. Christine & Dudley were marvellous, friendly hosts. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here.
