Recently renovated home with fully self-contained apartment downstairs available for short or long term stays. The apartment features two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open plan kitchen, living and dining space with a private bbq area out the back.
The main bedroom includes a king size bed, large walk in robe, TV, air-conditioner, ceiling fan and access to the bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds with built in robes, TV and ceiling fan, a port-a-cot is available on request. The open plan kitchen, living and dining space includes everything you need in a home away from home: including air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, Stan, Netflix and Playstation3. Guests have their own private area of the backyard with bbq. There is a shared laundry with a washing machine exclusively for guests. Guests have access to the entire downstairs area of our home, excluding the garage, with the apartment being accessed through the front door. Off street parking is available on our driveway.
Our family of four lives upstairs so although we will respect your privacy during your stay we are also available if you have any questions.
Wynnum is a family-friendly bayside suburb that boasts great facilities for fishing, sailing/boating, walking, cycling, & kayaking. It has a growing number of interesting little cafes & boutique shops springing up in the central shopping centre, as well as along the Esplanade. The Wynnum Golf Course is less than 5 minutes walk.
Walking distance to: Wynnum train station 400m which is a short 25 minute train trip to Brisbane CBD, the 225 Bus stop 80m, and local shops including 2 supermarkets in Wynnum Central 1km. Brisbane Airport is 20 minutes by car and the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast are approximately 1 hour drive in opposite directions on the Motorway.
