This property is very unique and large. It is a rare to be able to share the space with your entire family or friends. No-where else in Cairns can accommodate for larger groups under the same roof.
3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 on 3 queen size beds plus 2 super comfortable queen size sofa-beds in the large internal living area which would be great for the kids or 4 more people.
2 bathrooms and toilets, the main bathroom has a double shower also.
It is so central you probably won't need a car unless for daily trips now and again. You are opposite the train station and Cairns Central shopping centre. You are next door to the Tourist Information centre for any help with tours.
We have a pool, bbq area and massive outdoor area to the rear as well if you need to be alone for a while. There is a hammock for 2 on the huge front balcony, with another smaller balcony off the 3rd bedroom.
It's homely with quality items, we have game boards and things to amuse. If you come at Christmas you will have a tree for the kids.
If there are any special needs or requests please let us know, we are accommodating and want your holiday to Cairns to be a memorable fabulous time.
You are nearby everything. You will be staying in what the locals call the "GOLDEN TRIANGLE". Everything is in a 2km square radius. You are 2 blocks and on the same street as the iconic 'Rusty's Market" open for fresh food Friday to Sunday. 1.5kms to the Pier and the Reef terminal where you need to go to catch the boats to the Great Barrier Reef, this only takes 15 mins to walk. Across the road to the railway station to go to Kuranda and the rainforest. The biggest shopping centre in Cairns is across the road which you walk through to get the railway station. There is a museum in the city centre and many restaurants clubs and pubs.
Its a beautiful stroll into the city, Cairns lagoon, and the numerous eating and drinking places and to the wharf and reef fleet terminal. The children's playground Muddy's is just over 10 minutes walk along the Esplanade. Northern attractions such as Port Douglas, Mossman, Daintree, Cape Tribulation and Tablelands will need to be a tour or hire a car. Visiting Cairns is not all about the reef. We also have the iconic Wet Tropics World Heritage Area, which has many walks, waterfalls and national parks.
Please note we are inner city so sirens etc.
