Apartment is to be left in a tidy condition, bins emptied , dishes & utensils in dishwasher & turned on please.
Excessive cleaniing above and beyond a standard holiday exit will attract a $100 fee deducted from your security deposit.
THERE IS A STRICT NO "PARTY" & NO "SCHOOLIES" POLICY AT THIS RESORT
Failure to adhere to this policy will result in loss of bond, total cost of stay and instant eviction. Loss of full deposit will apply if you fail to notify us upon booking that you are a schoolie or school leaver.
A "SCHOOLIE" IS A SCHOOL LEAVER. Whether you are joining the Cairns festivities or not is irrelevant. Please contact us directly if you are unsure
Guests under the age of 21, must have parental attendance throughout their stay. Parents are expected to complete the booking in their name, and be of attendance upon check in. Parents of under 21-year olds are expected to be staying within the apartment for the full booking duration. ANY breach of this policy will result in a complete loss of all monies supplied.
