The Penthouse is on two levels. The first floor contains the 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms (master with ensuite) and has all the modern conveniences you would expect from a self catering apartment (eg washing machine / dryer / cooking facilities / fridge / cutlery etc etc)
The main attraction however is when you walk upstairs to the roof where you are greeted by sweeping views of the city and mountains (and glimpses of the ocean). The huge and completely private area (100sqm) is ideal for relaxing and entertaining - jump in the spa/hot tub or use the outdoor cooking facilities to dine alfresco. Don't miss the daily flyover of flying foxes from around 6.30pm onwards!
Undercover parking is available if you have a car
There is also a pool in the complex.

I'm the owner of the apartment and will either meet with you at the apartment and provide you with the keys or advise an alternative.

In the event of a cyclone, I will require access to the apartment to secure items on the balcony and roof - I will be in contact if this it to occur.
Great little coffee shop around the corner. Pizza / Chinese takeaway shops very close. Supermarket 10 min walk, restaurants / pubs / esplanade 10-15 min walk
The photos from the roof should give you an indication of how far away the apartment is from the centre of town - but if you struggle with depth perception (like myself!) then below is a guide of distances:-
It's approx 10-15 minute walk to the centre of town (800m to Cairns Central, 850m to the Esplanade, 1.5km to Esplanade pool) and there are many other shops which are closer (eg coffee shops / convenience stores / takeaways etc)
Numerous car rental places are within a 5 min walk.
Public transport options (train / bus) are very close by
Please note the following restrictions before you make a booking inquiry:-
1) No Smoking throughout (even on outside areas - eg balcony / roof)
2) For safety reasons all occupants must be > 12 yrs
3) No pets
4) Maximum of 4 occupants
5) No antisocial behavior (eg that results in a serious and genuine complaint from neighbours / others in complex)
Forfeit of bond (or part there of) if any contravention of the above.
