This historical and iconic beach shack home has been recently refurnished in Shabby Chic style.

Offering 3 bedrooms two with ocean views and one bathroom, this home has everyhting you need for your holiday. The tropical swimming pool will be a hit with the kids and there is a great outdoor seating area for mum and dad to relax in. You will want to return to this home

Relax on the front patio and watch the sunrise or simply gaze at the glorious beachfront of Clifton Beach. This beautiful stretch of beach is very quiet, making it the perfect place to laze in the sun or enjoy a peaceful stroll along the palm-fringed Esplanade as you admire the view to Double Island and Haycock Island.

There is a stinger net November-May, surf life guard patrols, free beach barbecue facilities with undercover seating and a children's playground, approximatley a 7 minute walk from your accommodation.

High Season - $300 per night - June to Oct Inclusive

Low Season - $200 per night - Oct to May Inclusive Except Easter and Christmas Holidays

Plus a service fee of $245 per stay

Christmas period there is a 7 night minimum stay

Easter period there is a 4 night minimum stay

There is also a two week high season rate during the Easter Holidays

Clifton Beach is in the heart of the Northern Beaches of Cairns, ideally situated between Palm Cove and Trinity Beach. It is close to the city and within easy reach of Port Douglas and the Atherton Tableland for day trips. It is a prestigious residential suburb on the same stretch of beach as Palm Cove. A 20 minute walk north along the sandy shore is all it takes to reach Palm Cove's cosmopolitan mix of cafes, restaurants, spas and boutiques.

You can enjoy dinner closer to home with a restaurant and bar just around the corner. If you feel like cooking there is a major supermarket and shopping centre only a 2 minute drive away. Clifton Village Shopping Centre with a Coles supermarket for your everyday needs, butchery, bakery and chemist along with other shops for you to explore.


The Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest are all within easy reach. Enjoy swimming or sun bathing at a local beach or try jet skiing, sailing, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding to nearby islands or fishing.

Stroll along The Esplanade or take a swim in the man made lagoon. Cairns is also the home of SCUBA Diving in Australia and there are a number of companies offering dive trips and dive courses.

Other local attractions include the Botanical Gardens, Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and Scenic Rail to Kuranda, Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park, Cairns Kart Hire and Laser Tag or try cable skiing at Cairns Wake Park, AJ Hackett's Bungee Jump and two Golf Courses/Recreation Centres - World Class Paradise Palms Resort and Country Club and Palm Cove Country Club. Visit or feed the crocodiles at Hartley's Crocodile Farm.

If you want to explore further afield you could visit Paronella Park, go wild water rafting at Tully, Sky Dive, tour the Tablelands or simply take the beautiful scenic drive to Port Douglas.
