A requirement for those tropical days, the house is air conditioned throughout. Down just 4 stairs is the 2nd living area plus sofa bed. This leads to the quiet and private backyard nestled around the entertainment pavilion, ideally furnished for lounging conversation and cool drinks.

The master bedroom has a 26" LCD TV. A light and spacious walk-in robe and ensuite is on one side of the main, on the other an enclosed outside spa awaits, where one can relax in absolute comfort and privacy.

Both the separate lounge areas have 42" plasma televisions, one with surround sound and DVD player, the other with a Wii console plus a second DVD player.
