Apartment 301 Sea Temple Resort & Spa Palm Cove. Positioned Palm Coves beautiful sweeping beach are the magnificent apartments of the Sea Temple Resort & Spa Palm Cove.

Beautiful pools surrounded by lush tropical gardens the feel of the resort is modern and stylish. All for your enjoyment, this is arguably Palm Cove's finest holiday accommodation.

50 leisurely steps due east of the pool side bistro will take you out on to the beautiful sweep of the beach, a short walk finds you all the delights of Palm Cove.

Our three bedroom apartment is available for holiday letting as a serviced apartment, it sleeps 6 guests. It is modern, stylish and fully equipped for your holiday needs with a full kitchen and laundry. Plus free Wi-Fi and a new UHD Smart TV with free Netflix and Stan, for our guests to enjoy. Finally our apartment has been decorated with stunning acrylic mounted photographs from renown photographers depicting several iconic Australian locations.

Check the availability calendar which I keep up to date with all bookings if want specific dates and also to see my prices for those nights, just enter the desired check in/out dates. The price shown is what you would pay per night for a minimum night booking. I often apply a discount for longer stays or where you’re nights filling gaps between existing bookings and also for last minute bookings less than 4 weeks out. After a decade of answering accommodation enquiries I know well that nothing beats the old fashioned call and or email/text conversation with me or my agent. That lets us find out your requirements, answer any questions and be sure that our apartment will suit and accommodate your group in comfort, that the nights I have available meet your travel plans and other things like requests for early or late check in, or to organise a cot.

When booking if you need to confirm leave, sort out flights or make other arrangements. When this happens, just ask and will I hold the nights for you for a couple days while you sort everything out.

Finally if you are happy to proceed and want to confirm your booking we will require a deposit payment of 50 of the total booking price. Plus once your deposit has been received a ‘Fair Cancelation Policy’ applies, please see this below.


We take payment two ways, firstly there is the StayZ online payment system.

The second is via payment to me and or my agent directly. We ask for a 50 deposit to secure and confirm the booking. The remaining 50 still owing is paid to my agent typically a month before your arrival date. That completes and finalises all payments due. Note for bookings taken less than four weeks out from your arrival date, we will normally ask for full payment upfront.

When you indicated that you would like book our apartment, I will send you all the details you need to make payment.


Cancelation notice given in writing more than 180 days prior to arrival date receives a full refund of all money paid. Notice before 90 days prior to arrival is due a 90 refund of the total booking price. Notice given before 60 days prior to arrival will receive a 70 refund of the total booking price. Notice given before 28 days prior to arrival will receive a 50 refund of the total booking price. For cancelation notice received less than 28 days from arrival there is no refund.


We love to stay in our holiday apartment ourselves when we can get away and we have made sure that the things that we like and would expect in a luxury apartment are also there for all our guests. As well as being freshly cleaned and made up for each arrival, it is the obvious things like comfortable lounges enough to seat all the guests, a 50-inch plasma TV, free Wi-Fi, Xbox, plus it’s also the little things like quality cookware, a Nespresso coffee machine, nice cutlery and glassware, drying racks on the balcony to hang out your bathers and towels after the pool, that’s what makes the difference for our guests.

The prices are for the whole apartment, which sleeps 6 and is a spacious 172 square meters three bedroom apartment, with living spaces typically larger than comparable two bedroom apartments.

This is the tenth year we have been using accommodation sites like StayZ and others to advertise our property and we consistently take around 40 bookings each year; Most of our guests still come from Australia and New Zealand, however in recent years more and more are coming from further away. These days I am also pleased to say that around 25 of our bookings are return guests and or their recommendations to friends and family.


Our apartment is cleaned and serviced with fresh linen and towels ready for each new arrival. Then it serviced on a weekly basis thereafter. For bookings over 8 nights, our guests will have an extra mid stay clean and linen change on a day that suits them. We can arrange additional serving and even daily servicing if required.

On arrival, our guests will find a beautiful clean apartment the beds are all made up, and the bathrooms will have those white hotel type towels and those cute little soaps & shampoos. "What else would you expect".


172 square meters or 1850 square feet of living spaces & balconies, it is spacious.

The main balcony has a day lounge, chairs and coffee table.

2nd queen bedroom has ensuite access to 2nd spa bathroom.

3rd bedroom is available as a either a queen double bed or twin singles.

Undercover parking, lift access to the apartment.

Ultra High Definition 4K Smart TV in the lounge, with free Netflix and Stan for your enjoyment.

Free Wi-Fi Internet, for all guests, so connect all your Wi-Fi capable laptops, phones, tablets and gadgets.

For the gamers there is Xbox 360 with two controllers. Bring your game discs and extra controllers.

For the coffee lovers. Nespresso machine, plus Bodum plunger.

I engage a professional agent Raine & Horne Real-estate located at Veivers Road Palm Cove, near Sea Temple and they specialise in managing holiday let apartments and homes for owners like me. After our initial communication and your deposit payment is received, my agent takes over and manages all aspects of your booking and stay. Raine & Horne will send you your booking confirmation and invoice, and can even arrange special things like cots and high chairs. If you need assistance or something is not right or not up to standard then please contact Raine & Horne. Plus you can always call, text or email me at any stage.

Key pick up is via their office on Veivers Street Palm Cove just at the corner of James Cook Highway. They have a secure key facility for late or early arrivals and departures.


You are can use all the fabulous features around the apartment i.e. the pools, the grounds, the deck chairs, the gymnasium, the undercover parking, the lifts and the resorts reception and lobby area etc.

You are of course also welcome to use the facilities run by the onsite management Pullman Resorts, such as their wonderful day spa and boutique, the Sea Temple restaurant, the bar and the poolside bistro. These are all open to the public and all quests staying at the resort are welcome.

You are staying as my guest the apartment owner rather than as a guest of the Sea Temple Palm Cove’s onsite management, which currently operates Sea Temple as a Pullman Resort for other owners who have selected to use the pooled letting service. Because of this please be aware the Pullman staff and reception are not at your beck and call, so if you need anything call Raine & Horne.
