There are full kitchen and laundry facilities with your own private BBQ on the roof top terrace. Enjoy a spa bath on your balcony or relax in your private spa on the roof top terrace. Overlooking the rain-forest serenity pool you have views of the beautiful tropical gardens. There is lift access to your apartment direct from the car park. The bedding is as follows: Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a king bed or 2 king single beds and Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, a perfect extra bedroom for large families. Part of this accommodation package includes a personal MEET AND GREET Service. Our local agent will check you into our apartment when you arrive at the resort, and is available to assist you for the duration of your stay should any problems arise. He is a local to Palm Cove and will be your point of contact during your stay. Onsite managers do not manage this property, our local representative is only a phone call away if needed. If the guest cancels their booking with 30 days and less than 7 days of arrival, 50 of the total booking amount will be refunded.
