Paringa is a small exclusive block of only 12 large superb apartments and a sparkling saltwater pool. This apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 2 renovated bathrooms, fully self contained with own laundry containing washing machine and dryer. The apartment has a full size kitchen including a dishwasher and a balcony at the front & rear.

All emails and enquiries will be answered as promptly as possible. As we are a professional 9am – 5pm business, all emails over the weekend will be answered first thing Monday morning. Please remain patient as we will get back to you!
Please do not hesitate to contact us with general dates and enquiry as we can also provide other suitable properties to accommodate your requirements. Early or late check in can be arranged if needed, if possible. We also have baby equipment hire information if needed, will save you a great hassle!
We understand that booking accommodation is just the beginning when also having to organise flights, leave, family commitments etc. We can work with you and put accommodation on hold for necessary periods until you have these completely organised.
When you have indicated that you wish to proceed, we will send you payment details via email. Generally we require a deposit payment of 50% of the total booking price. You will be emailed a reminder to proceed with the remaining 50% of your booking 4 weeks prior to your stay. Note for bookings taken less than four weeks out from your arrival date, we will normally ask for full payment upfront.
Prior to 45 days of your arrival date, cancellations will incur a $200.00 administration fee and the balance refunded.
Our apartment is cleaned and serviced with fresh linen and towels ready for each new arrival. It is then serviced on a weekly basis thereafter. For bookings over 8 nights, our guests will have an extra mid stay clean and linen change on a day that suits them. We can arrange additional serving and even daily servicing if required.
