Large, modern, fully self contained and air-conditioned 4 bedroom apartment. Literally across the road from all restaurants and bars in the heart of main street Port Douglas Macrossan Street. Across the street from Anzac Park and the Sunday market and a 5 minute walk to the Reef Marina in Wharf Street. The apartment has full length verandas and Alfresco dinning room. The apartment is at the back of the resort on the second floor protected from the nightly street noise. Lift access from the car park and ground floor to the apartment is right near the front door. Out the front door and around to the lift, perfect for wheelchair access. Car parking is complementary for one vehicle.

The fabulous Port Douglas 4 Mile beach is a 10 minute stroll down Macrossan Street. Stay at the resort and enjoy its swimming pool or relax in the water garden lounge. Go to the marina to catch a boat to the Great Barrier Reef where you can snorkel, dive or just site see.

Hire a car and you are just 30 minutes to the Daintree national park and other inland attractions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great large family apartment Our family of eight spent 11 nights in this spacious,well appointed apartment.Situated well back from the road the resort met all our needs. Underground car park ,lift, balcony and privacy. The family enjoyed the pool and the heated spas amidst all the waterfalls and lily ponds. The location was ideal. Walking distance to the beach,marina,shops,restaurants and shuttle buses. The manager was very helpful and provided us with lots of information of where to go and what to do. Can thoroughly recommend to families looking for a large apartment at a reasonable price in a prime location.

My family had a fantastic stay in this resort and other than it being clean, comfortable and accommodating to our needs, it was the very convenient location that made our holiday so easy. Lots to see and do close by, quick supermarkets runs, market across the road - but no noise! We all thought it was a perfect spot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic location! Our group of 4 adults and 4 children stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment at Club Tropical. We thought it was fantastic value for money especially being in the heart of Port Douglas near cafes, restaurants, shops, pubs, beach and attractions. The apartment is located near the rear of the complex so it is away from any noise. The pool area was lovely which we utilised a lot. The only complaint was that the airconditioning could have been slightly cooler otherwise the apartment was very comfortable and more than served our purposes. Highly recommended!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Resort and Apartment We stayed in a 4 bedroom apartment which was very sufficient for 6 adults and 2 kids. It also had 3 bathrooms which is great for 3 couples. It is a 3 star property so be mindful of that. The Pool and Spa was fantastic too! Best of all is the location. It is straight across the road from the Sunday market and right in the middle of all the best restaurants, pubs and shops! I would definitely recommend this apartment and resort.
