Description

This 3 bedroom Sea Temple Swimout Apartment has the very best location within the resort and was one of the first to be sold “off the plan” when the Sea Temple development was originally marketed. Situated on the north east corner of the main lagoon with two large separate swimout patios, the position of this 3 bedroom swimout makes it a clear standout, with 270 degree views of the magnificent 3000 square metre lagoon and the Pool Bar. It doesn’t get any better than this.

The apartment is a short walk to the central facilities; including Aqua Restaurant, Vie Day Spa and the resort gym. With just one direct neighbour at ground level and the advantage of a northerly aspect it is ideal for afternoon sun bathing or relaxing on either of your two private patios, each with steps into the pool.

The apartment is opulent, tastefully styled and includes features befitting of a 5 star property; with stone bench tops, high end appliances and chic décor. A return shuttle bus service runs from Sea Temple to the centre of town every ten minutes. Or you can enjoy a leisurely stroll into town along the iconic Four Mile Beach. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing position Our family of 4 including my elderly mother had the pleasure of staying in this lovely 3 bedroom apartment for 8 nights. Very spacious, well set out and AMAZING position with the 2 swim out balconies. Central to the main pool area and opposite from the pool bar! Only down side was we would have liked a BBQ as the resort itself does not have any facility for this. Our one concern of a missing clothes horse was fixed the first day with no problem and the owner was a pleasure to communicate with. Will definitely be back to stay here and recommend this particular apartment for anyone looking for a great place to stay.
