Description

Welcome to Port Douglas, this lovely 3 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex is situated in the beautiful Four Mile Beach part of Port Douglas, just a short walk to the Beach and an easy 5 minute shuttle to town. Local amenities include a Fish & Chip Shop, Bottle Shop, Cafe with awesome coffees and The Beach Shack a must try Pizzeria. Local supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away. You will love the house it has a full kitchen, washing machine and a lovely garden as well as fast Wifi inc.

This is your home from home, we accommodate for everyone; families, singles on business trips and couples for a romantic getaway.

We have the ability to sleep up to 10 people with the use of 2 Queen beds, 1 Double bed, and 2 double sized Sofa beds.

The house itself is set up for everyday living, including full kitchen, laundry and living area.

I live on site in a totally separate living area, so I am close by if you need my assistance, although I work out on the reef most days so between 8am and 5pm I am usually out of signal range, however I am happy to offer any assistance or recommendations on things to do and places to see whenever I can.

House is air conditioned in the three bedrooms only, no air conditioning in the lounge area or kitchen, ceiling fans are throughout the property to help keep you cool :

I will be living on the property in a separate self contained granny flat which is in a fully fenced off section of the garden, with my two dogs Ruby and Django.

My house is situated in the beautiful 4 Mile area of Port Douglas, Within walking distance you have, A fish and chip shop, bottle shop, gourmet takeaway, the Great Barrier Reef Tavern and The Beach Shack, as well as the less touristy section of 4 Mile Beach. a 40 minute stroll down the beach would get you into town and IGA a local supermarket, is just a 10 minutes walk away.

There is a local shuttle bus that will take you anywhere in Port Douglas for five dollars one way or eight dollars return, there is also takeaway fish and chips, a bottle shop and a deli open for breakfast and lunch just a 2 minute walk away.
