Each townhouse has its own private courtyard with outside dining and cooking facilities. The rear garden is reminiscent of Cape Tribulation with a giant Strangler fig that towers over the property, and one of the few remaining patches of pristine rainforest left on the beachfront. Light and airy with high ceilings and sky lights, each townhouse has been individually decorated. All share original Palmer River slate floors and Kwila timber kitchens as well as large glass doors that open to the courtyard.
Downstairs also has a laundry and bathroom, very practical for beach and pool side living. The front of the property is delightfully landscaped and the pool positioned to capture sun all day. Upstairs, the two bedrooms each have verandas, their own bathroom and delightful aspects, one overlooking the rainforest garden and the other the pool.
From upstairs, the sounds of the ocean are clearly audible as is the bird life flitting about the ferns, flowers and towering trees. The back veranda provides the perfect suntrap and great visual access to the deep pool that has a special area for children. All townhouses are fully screened and air-conditioned.
