The residence, set on a large house block, provides stylish comfort and privacy in a three bedroom 2 Queen and 1 single, self-contained bungalow style cottage. The cottage includes a front sunroom/reading room, large lounge, dining room and a quiet office overlooking the private gardens. The bedrooms and lounge have reverse cycle air-conditioning and fans.
This character cottage has polished timber floors and high ceilings. A large, modern kitchen with extensive kitchen appliances, crockery, glassware and new white goods is available. A sparkling new bathroom with a large walk-in shower adds to your comfort. The cottage contains a second toilet. The laundry with a frontload washing machine is conveniently located in the new bathroom.
The cottage has been recently renovated with your comfort in mind. There are new furnishings throughout. High quality linen, bedding and towels are provided. A second television is in the master bedroom. The cottage contains a diverse range of magazines, novels, board and card games for your relaxation and enjoyment.
The private, leafy garden includes citrus and mango fruit trees and contains a large timber back deck with two shade umbrellas and seating.
This extensively furnished and stylishly presented cottage is located within one minute walk to the Rockhampton Grammar School; 5 minutes walk to the Rockhampton Base Hospital, Cathedral College and the Rockhampton Girls Grammar School; 10 minutes walk to the Mater Misericordiae Hospital, the Botanic Gardens, Zoo and wetlands, and the Rockhampton Golf Course. The airport, shopping centre, CBD and Fitzroy River southbank development is a short 4 to 5 minute drive. The cottage is a perfect location on the Southside of Rockhampton.
Off street parking is available for two cars and further parking can be accessed under the cottage, if required.
Minimum stay of two nights is required for booking.

This is a quiet neighbourhood. We ask that noise is kept to a neighbour-friendly level.
We will endeavour to meet you on your arrival, show you through the cottage and attend to any additional requirements you may have. If you are arriving late we can arrange a secure key access for you. We are a phone call and only a few minutes away, should you need assistance during your stay.
