Explore the largest reef in the world, with a scuba tank or without. Practice your casting at the famous Giant Trevally cove. Test your wits against the Spanish Mackerel, Coral Trout and Black Kingfish out in the deep sea. Or simply take a leisurely day exploring adjoining Little Pumpkin and its natural wonders with a glass bottom kayak on an island tour watching the graceful turtles and dolphins or spotting a whale or two in the distance.
Pristine protected beaches, sheltered coves and rare wildlife, not to mention fishing, snorkeling, swimming or just taking it easy, will keep you as busy on Pumpkin Island, or as relaxed as you wish. Pumpkin Island is a playground for families young and old, utterly romantic for couples and a hoot for a group of friends.
Five stylish units overlook the unspoiled beach. Each accommodates 4-6 guests, boasts a full kitchen, ceiling fans as well as barbeques on their respective private decks. Every cottage has a special name and decor as well as a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. They are self-contained and eco-friendly, powered by wind and sun, yet well appointed and charming. They have their own private bathrooms, with large decks offering front row seats to the magnificent sunsets.
Further accommodation is available in two beach bungalows located at the north facing campground area. Each bungalow can accommodate 4 guests, each with their own private deck. The two bungalows share a fully covered outdoor kitchen and bathrooms facilities with 2 showers and 2 toilets, located in the middle of the campground.
