Description

This highset beach house is a typical Queenslander home. It catches the cool sea breezes in summer and is cozy in winter. Conveniently located in the centre of the restaurant and café precinct, it is ideal for families, Beef Week groups, regattas or reunions. The Capricorn Coast is an idyllic slice of the Great Barrier Reef perfect for diving, snorkelling, sailing or just relaxing. Lay back on the deck, feast on fresh seafood at one of the restaurants or cafes or enjoy the Keppel Kraken Water Park.

The entry has adequate hooks for coats and shoe storage. Both the front and back doors have security screens so you can key lock them to keep young children inside and leave the doors open to enjoy the beautiful sea breezes. The sleeping area has 2 double rooms both with king size beds, wardrobes and storage. The bunk room has 6 king single bunk beds, open shelving for storage and a TV. The living area is open plan with a 65" TV, leather sofas and dining table. There is a second lounge area off the front deck. The stove has an induction cook top with a large oven. There is a French door fridge freezer to food storage. Kitchen equipment includes coffee plungers, pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle and sandwich maker. The kitchen itself is well equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment and utensils. The upstairs bathroom has a toilet, large shower recess, toilet and 2 hand basins. At the top of the back stairs there is a storeroom with a vacuum cleaner, mop, cleaning gear, iron and ironing board. Outside is a is large grassed area with a pergola, table and chairs for those afternoon BBQs. As is typical in a Queenslander there is a second toilet downstairs and a second shower and basin in the utility room. There is a large washing machine and separate dryer. A 4-burner BBQ is stored under the house and there is an additional sink and wash up area.

Guests can access all areas of the house and under the house except those that are locked or cordoned off with orange tape.

Parking for 1 vehicle is available. Please note parking is limited to a sedan or small SUV and is restricted to 4.9M long and 1.6M high.
