Apartments are each wonderfully unique and reflect an abundance of heritage and charm. Touches of luxury contradict a rustic aesthetic. The beautiful hand-crafted Asian furnishings and the curious architectural quirks blend gracefully to create a warm and inviting holiday atmosphere. The three 2-bedroom and three 3-bedroom waterfront apartments feature a selection of queen rooms and twin share rooms. Apartments with 2-bedrooms also offer a separate living room with double sofa bed that converts to a third private sleeping space.
This 76 square meter 2-bedroom apartment caters for up to 5 guests featuring 1 queen room, 1 twin share room and 1 double pull-out sofa bed in the living area suited to one adult or 2 small children.
Apartment 1 is most suited to couples and families with younger children. This is our most secluded apartment but not the most private from one room to the next. The queen and twin room are separated by a foyer. Couples love the privacy that this apartment offers. Parents of young children rest easy with little ones safely tucked into beds positioned against the wall in a cosy room within earshot or with a port-a-cot placed comfortably in the generous foyer outside the queen bedroom.
This apartment is on the left side of the building which captures the soft morning light and is shady through the rest of the day.
All 6 apartments are fully air-conditioned, self-catering, tastefully decorated to a high standard, facing the beachfront and ranging in size from 60 to 100 square meters. Bath towels and linen are included. We do not provide beach towels or personal toiletries.
Full servicing is on a weekly basis. Starter packs include coffee, tea, sugar, milk, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder and hand soap. Guest discounts available on some tour packages.
The apartments do not have lift access and we are not a pet-friendly property. All rates are in AUD$ and inclusive of 10 GST. Rates listed are single or double occupancy with additional charges for extra guests.

Convenient access to Hervey Bay’s tranquil waters to enjoy use of our complimentary water toys such as fishing equipment, boogie boards and kayaks with lifejackets. The predominantly shady bike and pedestrian shared Esplanade pathway meanders 14km along the foreshore with stunning views of the sparkling waters, Urangan Pier and Fraser Island. Complimentary use of bikes of all sizes and tow carts for our younger guests can add a different and wonderful dimension to your holiday exploring. Ideally situated for leisurely walks on the treelined foreshore pathway or for strolling along the beach with the vista of a stunning sunset over the water.
On arrival guests are required to provide management with a $200 security bond which is fully refundable if the property is left clean and undamaged, the keys are returned and guests depart at the agreed exit time. All keys are registered for additional security. This property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.
