This house is a 50's beach house located one street from the beach and on the border of Torquay and Urangan and sits on a 1/4 acre block. It would suit families with children looking for the beach location without noise of the Esplanade. This is a comfortable home, however please note the bathrooms are very small compared to today's standards. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated.
A new modern kitchen with gas cooktop and high quality appliances was fitted in 2016. There is an out door covered BBQ area which at this time is no pictured.
Reverse cycle air conditioned serves two sleeping areas and the lounge.

Due to the stairs this property may not be suitable for young children under four years of age.
Pets may be negotiated on request however due to damage caused by the dogs of recent guests, we will require details of any dogs you wish to bring and reserve the right to decline any booking request based on this information. We will require an increased damage deposit if dogs are staying. The property is partially fenced and would be suitable for dogs or other animals that do not wander.

a not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties
especially between 830pm to 8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy;
Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges for security and other expenses which may be deducted from the Security Deposit or Bond under the these Terms and Conditions;
