Brellas two bedroom apartment was designed to accommodate contract and project workers -people who are in Maryborough for long enough to want HOME not a motel room. The apartment is priced to attract long term clients although it is perfectly suitable for short stays of three days or longer. Depending on your circumstances I am happy to negotiate long term prices.
This apartment is very well appointed. The kitchen has a gas cook top, electric oven and all the necessary equipment to cook for and serve six to eight people. It has a formal dining area and lounge room and a massive deck with outdoor lounge, BBQ and dining area. Because it is upstairs it has great views across the area and a real holiday feel about it.
Desk, office chair and wifi in both suites is designed to make a short business stay easy. Brellas is centrally located and has parking for up to eight vehicles making it suitable for business people to conduct meetings and interviews here. Well appointed indoor and outdoor living spaces are ideal for meetings.
I live at the property and I can offer reception, cooking/shopping and laundry services if you have heavy work commitments or need support.
The two queen size bedrooms have their own ensuites and study nook, smart TV, wifi, fans and airconditioner. Because there are two dining and lounge areas and the bedrooms are very private and very well equipped the accommodation is suitable for people who need to operate separately.
If you are in Maryborough on holidays or for a family event the three bedroom house at the front of the property is also available for rent.
