The home has 2 Bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 have queen size beds and 1 has 2 singles. Day bed in the upstairs lounge area can be used as an extra single bed. A porta cot can also be erected if required
The homes 2 main bedrooms open up onto the upstairs verandah that is private to enjoy your morning coffee.
The house was built by a engineer who, ‘lets just say’ liked a few beverages to enhance his creative flair. The house was built from recycled materials found at the local tip. So no windows match, no measurements are exact, the home is asymmetrical and has a crazy character. We refer to our home as ‘the LEGO house.’
Located in a quiet end of Toogoom and is an easy walk across the road to a dog friendly beach.
Linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. The home sleep up to 8 people.
The home has space to park your boat. Undercover parking attached to the house.
We have a 14ft caper cat which is also known as a resort sailer. We are prepared to rig and launch the catamaran, if you would like to use it. We can provide informal and basic training and we have all the safety gear available... don’t worry though we have another boat that we can recover you with, should you decide to to sail off into the Coral Sea. If interested this can be available for a small fee.
There is a waterfront picnic area Fixter Park, 150m from the home with a council BBQ available, also the home BBQ with gas is available for use.
There are bush walking and mountain bike tracks are 5 klms away in the Vernon State Forest.
10 minute drive into Hervey Bay. Hervey Bay has all your shopping needs in the local shopping centre Stocklands, other smaller shopping centres which have Woolworths and Coles.
Hervey Bay is the gateway to K’gari Fraser Island, book and take the barge from River Heads 30minute Drive to the barge from Toogoom to Kingfisher Resort and spend the day exploring the beautiful island

If we have been kind enough after a personal request to allow you to bring your dog, there is an expectation the animal will be flea free, wormed, remain outside of the home, dog ‘poo’ in the yard or any other mess caused by the animal is to be cleaned prior to check out.
