Our Ground Level 2 Bedroom Holiday apartment is fully renovated & only 1 minute walk to Biggera Waters beach via a private walk way. A perfect place to relax & holiday with family or friends, business trips or if re-locating to the area. We are situated only a short drive from the beautiful beaches, shopping & nightlife of Surfers Paradise. Harbour Town outlet shopping centre is only a 5 minute drive & all of the Gold Coast Theme Park attractions are on your doorstep. Onsite parking available. We are pet friendly.
Our 2 bedroom apartment has undergone a renovation to give it a modern feel, it is ground level with no stairs. This family holiday apartment is tastefully refurbished and fitted with all new modern appliances such as a 55inch LED Smart TV, Netflix capable and WiFi. The unit has a minimalistic feel, bright, airy and modern comprising of 2 bedrooms, an open plan lounge and decent size kitchen; a brand new bathroom with latest black matt fittings including a rain shower and a separate toilet. Front and back sunny courtyards offer privacy. The bedrooms are both equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning and remote control fans for your comfort. All beds, mattresses pillows and linen are of the highest quality and are professionally laundered.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed with fresh white linen and soft velvet furnishings. The queen mattress has a pillow top for added comfort; the sheets are hotel quality, soft and luxurious providing you with a great night’s sleep.
Bedroom 2 can be configured to your choosing depending on your requirements. It has 2 King Single beds for those travelling with children. The beds have been professionally made to join together, with a topper to offer a king bed alternative option for couples. Please advise at the time of booking which configuration you prefer.
The Euro style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Features include stone bench top, ceramic glass touch hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Plenty of cupboard space, a front loader washing machine and a full sized black glass fridge with ample fridge and freezer space to cater the needs of a large family. Complimentary tea & coffee are provided, along with oil and a few other staples.
The Lounge room is comfortable and great for those cosy nights in and watching your favourite movie or the latest TV show on the large wall mounted 55inch LED TV. A selection of DVD’s and books are provided for your enjoyment.
The bathroom is a wonderful glass free spacious area where you can enjoy a fantastic open shower to wash off the day. Tiled from floor to ceiling with an industrial feel, this bathroom is dimly lit and designed to help you unwind and relax. With fresh towels and the use of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are also available if you need them.
There is 1 carport parking spot available at the rear of the complex suitable for a medium size car. Larger vehicles can be parked but just require care. Free street parking also available.
You have full access to the entire apartment. Front and back sunny courtyards offer privacy, with a comfortable outdoor setting perfect for summer outdoor dining. A new awning in the grassy courtyard has recently been built to offer shade. Fully gated and secure if bringing your pet. This apartment is situated in a small and private complex of 8 apartments which has a communal pool that is available for use by our guests.
We will endeavour to greet our guests upon arrival but as this is our holiday home away we have installed smart locks and keyless entry. Guests will be provided with an access code that will be valid for the duration of their stay. Instructions will be provided prior to check in.
Our apartment is directly across the road from Biggera Waters beach via a private walkway. A short walk along this beach and you will arrive at an array of coffee shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a netted swimming lagoon safe for small children and next door to the famous Charis seafoods for amazing fish and chips, they also have daily pelican feeding at 1.30pm.
Public transport is a short walk away. Buses, trams, boats and taxis are all readily available.
Other things to note:
Pets are not allowed indoors and must be housed in the back courtyard where a doggy kennel is provided. Please observe house rules. A doggy beach is located directly across the road from our apartment.
We currently have 3 apartments within the complex that we have lovingly renovated and offer to our guests for holiday accommodation, each one has its own unique character and different features. The Grey Brick is a much larger apartment with 3 bedrooms and can sleep 6 - 8. Flaming June is a 2 bedroom apartment similar in Size to Brandy. Group bookings are available upon request. Babies & toddlers are welcome, we can arrange hire of porta cots, strollers, prams and high chair. Please advise at the time of booking.
No smoking in the apartment.
