Our Ground Level 2 Bedroom Holiday apartment is only 1 minute walk to Biggera Waters beach. A perfect place for a holiday with the family and your furry pet. It is only a short walk to the Broadwater beaches & only 10 mins drive from the shopping & nightlife of Surfers Paradise. Harbour Town outlet shopping centre is only a 5 minute drive & all of the Gold Coast Theme Park attractions are on your doorstep. Onsite parking provided.
The Space:Our Flaming June Beachside apartment is named after the painting and is modern, retro & tastefully styled to provide our guests with a comfortable stay. It is ground level with no stairs and recently refurbished fitted with all new modern appliances such as a 55inch LED Smart TV, Netflix capable and WiFi.
The apartment is bright & airy comprising of 2 bedrooms, an open plan lounge & a fully equipped kitchen; bathroom & a separate toilet. A front sunny courtyard offers privacy and escape to relax outdoors with a book or a cold beer, a doggy shelter provided if you are bringing your dog. All beds, mattresses pillows and linen are of the highest quality and are professionally laundered.
Bedroom 1. A Queen bed with fresh white linen and soft furnishings. The queen mattress has a pillow top for added comfort; the sheets are of hotel quality, soft and luxurious to ensure you have a comfortable night’s sleep. Built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 can be configured to your choosing depending on your requirements. It has 2 King Single beds which have been professionally made to join together to offer a King bed as an alternative option. Please advise at the time of booking which configuration you prefer. All beds are dressed in crisp white hotel quality bed linen. Built in wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Sofa bed in Lounge Room sleeps 2 additional guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Features include ceramic glass hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Plenty of cupboard space, full sized fridge/freezer. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided, along with oil and a few other staples.
The air-conditioned Lounge room is comfortable and great for those cosy nights in and watching your favourite movie or the latest TV show on the large wall mounted 55inch LED TV. A selection of DVD’s and books are provided for your enjoyment.
The bathroom has a shower over bath option, perfect for families; a vanity and storage, which includes laundry facilities such as a top-loader washing machine. Luxurious bath & hand towels are professionally laundered for our guests and the use of shampoo/conditioner and shower gel also available if you need them.
You have full access to the entire apartment. Front sunny courtyard offer privacy with a comfortable outdoor setting.This apartment is situated in a small and private complex of 8 apartments which has a communal pool that is available for use by our guests.
We will endeavour to greet our guests upon arrival but for ease of access we have installed a smart lock keyless entry. Guests will be provided with an access code that will be valid for the duration of their stay. Instructions will be provided 24 hrs prior to check in.
Other things to note:
Pets are not allowed indoors and must be housed in the back courtyard where a doggy kennel is provided. Please observe house rules. A doggy beach is located directly across the road from our apartment.
We currently have 3 apartments within the complex that we have lovingly renovated and offer to our guests for holiday accommodation, each one has its own unique character and different features. Group bookings are available upon request. Contact us for more details.
