Main Lounge 1 (downstairs):

The main lounge is located off the kitchen with sliding doors leading onto the rear entertainment/bbq area. This lounge has easy access to the kitchen with water and pool views, super comfy leather lounge, and 42” SMART TV with internet access to use Facebook, YouTube, Skype, watch movies, play games and more. There are 2 more lounge areas in addition to this space! The video intercom is located just off the main lounge and also upstairs.

Sunken Lounge (downstairs):

The sunken lounge is a large open plan space situated off the formal dining area, the ideal place to sit and enjoy your favourite movie or take in the stunning water, pool and city views. Features include HUGE 63” 3D SMART TV with the FULL FOXTEL PACKAGE, Blue Ray DVD Player, 5 stacker CD player with iPhone port, loads of DVD’s, zoned surround sound system (indoor AND outdoor sound to BBQ and outdoor dining area), and wide opening sliding doors (with screens) onto the rear entertainment dining space with PIZZA OVEN.

Rumpus Room (upstairs):

The 3rd lounge area is the kids rumpus room upstairs which features new 6-8 seater couch, HUGE 65" LG Flat Screen TV, Xbox360 and DVDs. There is more than enough room for everyone to have their own relaxation/entertainment area. There is also a kitchenette upstairs with bar fridge.

Kitchen/Dining (downstairs):

The stunning NEW kitchen is open plan and designed around indoor/outdoor dining. From the kitchen you have easy access to the dining room, lounge, BBQ area, and large terrace overlooking the waterfront. The stylish kitchen includes stainless steel dishwasher, double door ice maker fridge/freezer, double oven, wine storage and COFFEE MACHINE (pods). Just off the kitchen are 2 dining options. The main dining seats 8 in a formal setting overlooking the sunken lounge, and close by a smaller setting for the kids to sit at. All have views out to the waterfront and entertainment area. The kitchen and both dining areas have a large reverse cycle air-con unit.

Bedroom 1 (Master/Upstairs):

The spacious master bedroom will accommodate you in comfort and style with large king size bed and stunning waterfront views. At night Surfers Paradise will light up in front of you with VIEWS TO THE Q1 TOWER, Jupiter’s Casino, and Broadbeach CBD. Other comforts of the master bedroom include, reverse cycle air-con/heating, tinted windows, screens, massive walk in robe, flat screen 42” TV, and new modern ensuite with stone hand basins and separate toilet. Enjoy all new furniture, bedding and lovely cooling breezes from the waterfront, the modern appealing décor makes this room very easy to relax in. There is FREE WI-FI access from every room.

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs):

Bedroom 2 faces the waterfront features Queen bed, all new furniture, flat screen 42” TV, reverse cycle air-con/heating, tinted windows, screens and built in robe. Bedroom 2 shares access to the central bathroom with large shower and bath. FREE WI-FI.

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs):

Features Queen bed, all new furniture, flat screen 32” TV, reverse cycle air-con/heating, tinted windows, screens and built in robe. Bedroom 3 shares access to the central bathroom which has double basins and large shower and bath. FREE WI-FI.

Bedroom 4 (Upstairs):

Ideal for kids, teenagers or singles to share with 2 x King Single beds (can convert into 1 x king upon request) reverse cycle air con/heating, 32” TV, screens, double blinds, and looks towards the park. FREE WI-FI.

Bedroom 5 (Downstairs):

A lovely blue and white featured room ideal for couples or grandparents who wish to avoid the stairs. Includes, queen bed, all new furniture, flat screen 32” TV, reverse cycle air-con/heating, white louvers, screens and built in robe. Bedroom 5 is across from the downstairs bathroom. FREE WI-FI.

Bedroom 6 (Downstairs):

The kids room with 1 x bunk (single on top and bottom), reverse cycle air-con/heating. Bedroom 6 has easy access to the downstairs bathroom. FREE WI-FI so the kids can bring their ipad. NOTE – Provided only when more than 10 paying guests are staying otherwise this room is locked off.

Catered well for our littlies with the high chair and baby gates, as well as some toys. For the teens the x-box and canoes were popular. Us parents appreciated the nespresso coffee machine and well appointed kitchen. It had everything. Even a blender. Location was great. Close to shops and park across the street. Nice quiet area. Only suggestion for improvement would be to supply face washers and maybe pool towels. Check in and out was really easy.

Great location for trips to theme parks with quick and easy access to the freeway. Plenty of space for the kids to have a play and the adults relax. Great holiday experience thank you for having us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 Star property deserves a 5 star review LOVED our stay here, family of 8. This house was so much bigger than we thought and the pool is enormous. We have stayed in holiday homes every year for the past 5 years and this was by far one of our favourites. You can tell the owner and agent have gone to allot of effort as there are allot of little extras provided that most holiday homes don't like free local calls, the best coffee machine ever, loads of activities for the kids. Has 1 day of rain and there was no shortage of things for the kids to do. The master bedroom is absolutely huge and so easy to relax. Spotlessly clean. We honestly could not find one thing to fault on this house. Highly recommended.
