Guests have full access to the apartment and single lock up garage.
The apartment is located on the top floor we call it the penthouse of a 3 storey walk up with timed security lights in the stairwell.

This apartment is so convenient you will want to move in We did We came for a weekend and then decided we had to be here. Located 300m to the beach and an easy stroll into Broadbeach Center, there's no need to drive anywhere and you can leave your car in the secure basement garage. Within 50m is the Metro Cafe and across the park is the trendy Elk cafe. There is also a small supermarket on the corner and a 100m walk is a fish and chip shop and take away and bottle shop. The Broadbeach bowls club is opposite if you want to try barefoot bowls. Surfers Paradise is a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute beach walk.
If you want to venture beyond walking distance, hop on the G, Gold Coast's new light rail system which links you to the Southern end of Broadbeach at Pacific Fair shopping centre and the north of Southport with connections to buses and trains all over the coast and to Brisbane. Surfside buses are available just around the corner and access to theme parks is a breeze. The Gold Coast airport is a 30 minute drive depending on traffic.
Pets are welcome if they are under 10kg and they are well behaved. There is a park in close proximity if you want to let your dog run or there is the beach Any 'pet' type damage or markings within the property will be rectified at the pet owner's expense.
Smokers can puff away on the balcony but are asked not to smoke inside.
The apartment is not available for schoolies or large groups of party people. Located in a block of 12 residential units, please respect your neighbours by keeping the noise levels to a reasonable standard.
We are available as much as you need us to be but also respect your privacy to enjoy your holiday. Which is why we have installed a key safe with individual pass codes for each group of guests so that you can check in securely and without the hassle of collecting keys.
