This modern, elegant styled holiday home has been crafted to create a sense of relaxed well being in luxurious surrounds. All on one level with fantastic indoor outdoor flow the soaring ceilings, polished floors and chandeliers create an amazing ambiance. The home has plenty of space for everyone and the outdoor living area is suitable for all weather use. You can enjoy this wonderful home and then in minutes be at all the restaurants, Casino, Convention Centre or enjoying the redeveloped Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. You have everything you need for an amazing holiday or business trip away.


The Hamptons styled designer kitchen features marble benchtops, gas stove, and Nespresso Coffee machine or you can entertain your friends and family in the separate enclosed outdoor area. This all weather outdoor entertaining is equipped with built in BBQ, drink fridges, granite bench tops with remote control pop up television and overlooks the wide water and tiled fully fenced HEATED mineral pool.

The kids can play on the sandy beachfront or fish from the beach. With multiple outdoor living spaces you can enjoy a quiet snooze or read a book or you might like to soak up the atmosphere of living waterside.


The Master bedroom has a spacious walk in wardrobe/dressing room, movie star ensuite and doors opening out to a sitting area overlooking the waterfront. It also has a TV.

There are seven bedrooms in total and one large bedroom has a sofa bed that can be used for additional bedding if required.

There is off street parking for two cars on the property and parking available on the street as per Council regulations.


This home is situated in a premier location only a 15 minute walk to all that Broadbeach has to offer. Broadbeach is well known as the best location to holiday on the Gold Coast. With the fantastic restaurants and cafes, shopping, nightlife, Casino and Convention centre and of course our beautiful beaches it is the perfect holiday destination. The home is central to all the Gold Coast has to offer.

Numerous Championship GOLF COURSES are within a ten minute drive

THEME PARKS are a 20 minute drive or transport to them a 5 minute walk

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great place to stay All 6 of us have come to the GC bridge congress for many years. We all left after having out best trip ever. Came home every nite and were so pleased with the facilities didnt feel the need to go out in the evening for all 9 nites. We will be back
