This apartment used to be my home, I love it dearly and as you will see by the renovation the kitchen, bathroom, carpet and fittings are quality. I hope you enjoy this space as much as I have over the years. I'm sure you will love it as I do

Getting Around:

A taxi to or from the airport is flat rate of $55, please tell the taxi driver that you want the flat rate fare advertised online for Broadbeach hotels.

Florida Gardens light rail station is just over 2 blocks North on the Gold Coast highway. This runs north to Surfers Paradise, Southport and the University Hospital and South as far as Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

There is a bus stop right out the front of the building on Surf Parade. This bus stop will take you directly to theme parks heading North Route TX2,TX3 Gold Coast to Theme Parks or 705 to Seaworld.

The bus stop across the road in front of the bowls club heads South. This will take you to the casino, Pacific Fair and Broadbeach South light rail station where you can connect with buses on most other routes.

APARTMENT RULES

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

Please be mindful of my neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

I have very nice neighbours, the majority of which are owner/occupiers. I only take guests who agree to respect them and keep noise to a minimum.

I cater to family groups and couples.

I DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM SCHOOLIES, LARGE GROUPS OF YOUNG COUPLES and/or SINGLES under the age of 25 years

PARTIES and/or FUNCTIONS ARE STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED.

I HAVE A PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY READY TO DEPLOY IF

THE NEED ARISES.

All services supplied will be charged back to the guest. If in the unlikely event that termination of your stay is executed you will forfeit all remaining days and could result in delay of your security bond. Pending dispute resolution

I act in good faith and respect my guests at all times. If dispute resolution is warranted the matter will be dealt with fairly and in a timely manner.

Please turn off lights and appliances when not in use.

We are an environmentally conscious family and we avoid using harsh chemicals where possible, please keep this in mind. Suitable cleaning products can be found if required under the kitchen and laundry sinks.

Please do not wash food scraps or oil down the sink, paper towel is provided, please dispose of it in the bin.

Please use detergents and washing liquids sparingly and please do not use harsh chemicals on the stone kitchen bench or furniture.
